I ve had many incorrect orders since they first opened however tonight was the worst. Had my 5 young grandkids 18 mo, 23 mo, 5,8 and 10. Ordered food for all of them as a special treat for our sleepover but got home missing 1/2 my order. Had to feed them with 1 sandwich, 12 nuggets and 8 nuggets. Missing nuggets as order 12, all the chicken tenders and a sandwich. My call to them resulting in so sorry you can drive back here and we will give it to you. Sure load 5 kids, tired and hungry back in the car for another 14 miles round trip after they’d already come 30 miles.
I paid almost $30 for food, no drinks and had to then cook. I stopped there to have enough to feed them.
The kid the gave me my order only mentioning he was off in an hour was obviously not worried about Customer.
The manager I spoke to and demanded that I have some solutions from in 10 min wouldn’t answer the phone because I upset her. Now I didn’t yell but I was upset. Didn’t use poor language but I asked her how would you feed 5 kids with 20 nuggets. And my husband.
The next manager made me feel bad because I upset his female manager. Wow. I am upset because I got home without food I ordered and paid for but it’s my fault.
This location has done some nice things for the community when media is involved but nothing for grandmas trying to make memories and feed kids.
When I said I was calling the media he didn’t seem to care, said what will they do?? I hung up after being defeated. What I asked was they have my missing food delivered. I know they use a local food delivery I wanna as told nothing they could do.
I asked the owner call me. Will see what that does. Loyalty and spending hundreds of dollars obviously doesn’t impress...
Read moreI waited 25 minutes for my order to brought out to my car. After 10 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant and let them know that I have arrived and have been sitting in the designated parking spot for a while. The person who answered the phone stated that he is about to start on my order. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my food to be ready.
I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my food because your employees chose to serve the drive-thru and walk-in customers first. I was the only person/car sitting in any of the curbside parking spots. The drive thru line was not long and there were only 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot that were already there when I arrived. During this waiting period I counted 3 "pickup" customers go in and walk out with their food.
When I finally received my food, there was no apology from the employee, I expressed that I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and the lady told me to have a good day and walked away. After looking at my order, I noticed that I did not have straw for my drink, nor did I receive the avocado lime ranch dressing for the Cool Wrap I ordered. I could no longer wait for Chick-fil-a because I had to drive back to work in a hurry. Highly disappointed &...
Read moreWhen I order through the drive thru, its because I don't have time to go in. When I got my order, it was wrong, my son was hungry and upset. I couldn't let him eat a nugget while we went in because people always act like your lying when they see him with a piece. I said we got an 8pc and paid for a 12pc. Instead of fixing it she got the manager who asked what I didn't like about my order ... what!?! I said, I told her, got an 8 for a 12 I just need it fixed. He wanted to talk, my son was hurt and hungry and watched them take his food away while this guy held the replacement box and told me I don't need to get upset! AGAIN,I said he is hungry forth time! He still wanted to talk. I didn't even bring up the counting fried gristle as a nugget! My son was hungry!!! He finally gave me the box and a card for a free 8. At least in Arlington when that would happen, IMMEDIATELY, they would apologize, say just keep the wrong order if you want and then give me the right one! When my wife and I got the 8 PC later it had 7 nuggets and 3 fried fat/gristle pieces. Some of the nuggets were very small but I didn't have time to talk about why I didn't...
