SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in Katy

I spent an hour in this location and it took well over 30 minutes before someone assisted me after constantly trying to get help. To add, the person working the register was rude on a number of occasions and instead of answering a simple question about the checkout process she cut me off and rushed me out of the store. I will not be back and I suggest majority of the sales workers get retrained. I don’t understand how a location who does not get that much traffic in comparison to main Sephora locations can have such negative energy....

Although they offer a decent amount of beauty products, it’s a very small shopping experience compared to a Sephora brick and mortar location. Said there will not be long line however I have found that a lot of the products are either mismatch or not in the right place or they are simply sold out. If you were in the area and you are looking for beauty products, you could come here, but I would suggest either going to a Sephora, brick and mortar or possibly venturing to an Ulta.
