My wife and I have been frequenting this location as itās the nearest to us, and usually, it is a pleasant experience. However, the couple times it isnāt there is a common denominator, Syvonne (or as I usually call her, āthe fitting room ladyā). She has a terrible staring problem and on our most recent trip was gossiping to another employee right next to us, about us. She even tried to play off her staring when I was vocal about what she had said. She is the only employee that has ever given us hassle and I am growing very tired of it. I bring my hard-earned dollars here to save a couple bucks on my favorite things, and the attitude we have received from her is completely unnecessary. Rather than focusing on us, maybe she should keep up with the mountain of clothes that dirty her area and perhaps that attitude of hers will change. At the end of the day we come for cute little candles, kitchen appliances, and maybe makeup (as a treat) and hate that our experience at this location has been sullied by a single employee and her antics. I hope in the future this is not the case and we can shop here comfortably, but until then the Fry Rd location, though further, will have our business.
UPDATE: Syvonne is still employed in the fitting room and continues with her shenanigans to this very day. Even a year later, her bitterness is felt through all of the aisles during her shift. I attempted to use the fitting rooms to try on TWO items and she proceeded to call a manager over for some reason and has now unfortunately gotten caught in the crosshairs due to her antics. Maāam, whoever you are, do not let syvonne get you caught up, cause i will continue to escalate the issue until it has been resolved. I just want to shop in peace and get my cute furniture and silly nonsense without the harassing...

I explain to her what I wanted to do, she said okay go to the checkout and I will come there. All of a sudden another Hispanic tall coordinator is what she said she was start talking in Spanish Basically saying the necklace was worn I say to them in English I never wore the necklace they proceeded to turn their backs to me as another customer walked up to them I said call a manager I just asked for a exchange it's the same item They said they can return it and I need to rebuild it I said that's stupid I don't exact exchange at plenty of T.J.Maxx and Marshall's with no issue.. So up walks the black manager I explain to him what was going on both women left as he did the exchange that he too was trying to say return I said return and exchange can happen in one transaction.. He got the one in the case and let me look at it I said I see a slit but not as many as the other one so it's fine I was going to proceed to purchase other items then I realized how poorly I was treated Listen my black dollars matter!!!! But I better not ever come to this location again just to br treat as if i was a shoplifter or something.. That pissed me off and changed my entire mood at this store... Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām a regular and this place just gets worse and worse. Return policy is a scam. Last week I bought 4 dresses for my daughters graduation. I kept two of the 4 pieces and went to return the other two pieces. When I got there, there was only one cashier and a full line of customers. Eventually more cashiers came but still a very long wait. Once I was face to face with the cashier she told me she cannot do my return for one of the dresses because apparently the dress code wasnāt in my receipt which was impossible since I bought all 4 pieces the same day with the same card and cashier. After a lot of back and forth, the manager came and accused me of stealing the dress, thanked me for returning it, then switched up and told me when I want to return something I have to make sure the price code is the same as the piece you bought but how am I supposed to know the code number for each item? And accusing me of taking something! Then told me how we are only human and mistakes happen but the company should be the one paying the price on what their employee did NOT the costumer. What actually happened was that the day I bought the dress the cashier rung it up as something else or they put the wrong tag but whatever the case is, it was NOT my fault and they refused to give me a full refund and insisted that they can only do store credit. Which is ridiculous, how come I have to pay for a mistake one of their employees made? when you guys go, make sure they are ringing you up for the right pieces or youāll be in the same...
