Do your self a favor and drive to the Grand Parkway location! This particular location on FM 1463 is WAY overcharged and under served. I fell in love with the quality, amount of product served, and customer service at 5434 W Grand Parkway. They give you a FULL container of well mixed on the marble slab, fresh ice cream, plenty of mix-ins, a freshly made waffle bowl, should you choose that or a cone. The ice cream and the waffle bowl are in their respective containers. Now, let’s go back to FM 1463 location. First off, the man and woman running the place were extremely rude to each other upon walking in. The lady is steadily sweeping all around me while I’m trying to decide, slamming chairs so loudly, screeching the legs of the chairs across the floor, I thought my ears were about to start bleeding. I then look down and I have dirt on my feet, mind you I’m wearing flip flops. Great cleaning and customer service. To round out this whole ordeal and make this trip even more less enjoyable, the waffle bowl was already in the paper holder and when the ice cream was mixed.guy proceeded to crush the entire sides and top to make the lid fit. I gave 1 star to the guy that working as a manager or owner whatever. He is lazy and cheating on me all the time. I always bought cakes from that store for my kids's birthday or my employee's birthday. When I was asking if he can write a happy on the cake and he always made an excuse. Last 2 weeks I bought a big cake with strawberry on the top and asked him to write the sign, he told me " I couldn't write it because of the strawberry on top", okay It was skipped. The second time I was asking him to write and he told me " your cake has pecan on the top so I couldn't write ". Today I stopped by to get a cake for my employee's birthday, I got a cookie and cream cake with nothing on the top so I was nicely asked him if he can help me to write happy birthday? He told me " your cake is too small for me to write it on". I was so upset and told him why he always had an excuse to help customers? He turned around and raise his voice. He told me " okay I can write for you but if the words are turning out not nice so it is gonna be my fault ". What is a bad customers services? There are a lot of Marble slab stores, don't come to that guy store. I don't respect people that cheating on...

Called a day ahead to ask if I could have a little end of birthday celebration with some ice cream. I explained I’d need a couple tables, I would put some table cloths, balloons and a bday banner. No issues and very polite. I showed up while the girls were finishing their day at the spa to set up. there were 4 tables. I needed 3 for the amount people I had. I put the banner on the wall being mindful of the location. The guy started telling my guests something and he started yelling about me not supposed to put the banner up. He should have said something before my guests arrived and not to them. I had over 12 people going to buy ice cream and there was NOONE in the store. I apologized to my guests and told them we would need to leave & find another ice cream shop. As we were walking out & I was picking up my things … he said he was calling the police.
