Went in for 2 sacks of feed, grabbed the first one and noticed that once again they were out of hen scratch, usually when I go in this TSC there is always at least one thing I need out of stock,but normally I can look around and find someone to get one from the back, today no one was around so I walked in the back room and yelled out"hello! exscuse me! A guy came from a room and gave me attitude about being in the back,I told him I wouldn't have if someone was out there to help,( giving back a little attitude) he said hed get some from outside, we waited 20 minutes minimum for him,I gave up and went to pay out, when I got to the cashier and was asked if I found everything thing ok,I told her the story and said I felt like I was being punished for stepping in to the back,she said " well I guess he wasn't hurrying because only one person needed feed,in which I replied ' so I'm the only one who needed chicken feed today? If he saw the pallet going down why didn't he go ahead and get another one,now I've got to stop at another store out of my way to get feed' and her reply was " oh well" , really!! really !!! Oh well?? Worst TSC ever for help and keeping...
Read moreI have to say, while the online ordering process was great, the pickup experience was absolutely terrible. The employee who brought out my order seemed incredibly unhappy to have to do so. I get that it was Mother's Day and a Sunday, but does that really justify being so unpleasant to customers? I've picked up orders from other Tractor Supply locations before and never had such a negative experience. The guy was even upset that I didn't have a truck, even though my SUV was capable of hauling the products I ordered.
To make matters worse, he folded my stall mat in half and stacked the other mats on top, which resulted in the first one being cut in half. When I called the store to address the issue, I was placed on hold twice and then hung up. When I finally spoke to an associate, it was the same guy who loaded my order, and he admitted that he was responsible for the damage. But he hung up on me again when I asked for his name. Read moreI have been shopping at TSC for more than 20 years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at their stores, but that is now over. If I could give them 1 star I would. The majority of TSC’s customers are conservatives and have no idea how WOKE TSC has become. I have recently learned of some of TSC’s activities and I understand that some of their policies are in place to insure fair hiring practices. But I do not understand a company that provides benefits for its employees that includes sex change or gender reassignment. TSC has gotten my last dollar and I will never shop there again and I will do everything in my power to alert anyone who will listen of their liberal WOKE policies.
