I've been here twice in the last week. The first time, through the drive thru, the second in store.
The first time, I asked if I could do two separate orders so that I could pay with different tenders. The woman on the set informed me that they were busy and therefore couldn't do it. Mind you, there's three cars in the drive thru, including mine and I haven even ordered yet, and two cars actually parked in their parking lot. I told them I'll order once, drive around, and order a second tine then. She then agreed to do separate orders. My order ended up being wrong and I had to drive around and re-order anyway, during which they grilled me on what could have possibly been wrong with the ice-cream.

Read moreThis whole restaurant was a mess. Just ordering our food was difficult because the cashier messed up half of our order. We ordered 3 four piece chicken strip baskets and he almost charged us for 4 baskets. We also specifically told him we wanted ranch instead of gravy but the guy brought up our food and still gave us gravy. While he was at our table we asked for ketchup and he went back up to the counter and completely forgot about it. We went up to the counter to ask again and the guy wasn’t there so we had to ask a drive through lady for help. Also, while we were waiting for our food we could smell something burning and just to our surprise it was our toast that was burnt. One of the workers was in the back was on her phone doing nothing. The workers were also using foul language towards each other. There was a hair in the fries, and the drink machine was leaking everywhere so they had a bucket in the open collecting whatever was leaking out of it. If you make a trip to Kearney, I do not recommend going here. This Dairy Queen was overall disgusting and...
