I have used the print center for year and years. Today I made the decision to never use this store for printing matters. Wanted to just email my PDF in and pick it up in a couple days. When I approached the counter, I was told that I needed to use the self service and wasn't given another option. I explained that I just wanted to email in what I needed to have printed and could pick it up a different day. Still was refused that option, then shown where the self service was at and how to operate the machine. Like I stated, next time I need something printed I will support local and go else where. If I wanted to do the printing myself I could have just gone to the library and spent less money than what I did to not only do the job of an employee, but refused an option that is available online. Read moreI purchased a floor model printer from this store on March 4 2024 and specifically asked if it would work. I got it home and it didn’t work but it was out of ink. I ordered ink online because I don’t live close to the store. I replaced ink and it still doesn’t work. I went to exchange for a different one on 20th of March and due to it being 2 days after the return policy the general manager refused to exchange. Best Buy from now on
