I got charged for an extra order of wings, which I admit, I accidentally ordered. The driver was very nice about it. I was told I would be getting a refund for the item. This did eventually happen, but it took almost two weeks, and the General Manager wasn't very professional about it. He told me next time to check my order because they had to throw it away and that he wanted to talk to the driver first, but he didn't make time to make his schedule work with his. Coming from a management perspective, and a pizza working perspective, you give the customer a refund and NEVER make them feel disrespected.
