Target — Local services in Kearney

I recently visited the Kearney Target store on a Saturday and had a rather disappointing experience, particularly with the clothing sections. The area was extremely cluttered and disheveled, making it difficult to find anything. To add to the frustration, the dressing rooms were closed for the entire weekend.

We drove from out of town specifically to try on clothes, only to find that the dressing rooms were unavailable during the busiest time of the week. It’s puzzling why the store wouldn’t choose to organize and clean the dressing rooms on a less busy day, like Monday or Tuesday, instead of inconveniencing customers on the weekend.

It seems like a logical solution would be to temporarily pause the drive-up/pick-up option and allocate those employees to help sort out the mess in the clothing section. This would ensure a better in-store shopping experience for everyone.

On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean, which was a small relief amidst an otherwise frustrating visit. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I hope the store management addresses these...

If it would let me do a zero star review I would. I went to target in search of a pop socket holder for my car and I found one but I took a photo and send it to my parents for Christmas presents instead I continue to hold it. I went to another aisle was just on the other side of the one I was on. It had the same exact product so put it there instead. Then I head up to beauty to look at some nails. I wanted to buy didn’t like them so I bought a mascara that I needed instead and I noticed that security was right by me the whole entire time this was going on then when I go to check out. Notice she was looking right at me when I was checking out too so when I was walking out, I said have a good night and she said have a good night and enjoy your pop socket. She then ask did you buy it? I said I didn’t buy a pop socket. I looked at one, but I didn’t but it. She told me the cameras told her otherwise. I'm from a different town so I went there to buy a swimsuit because they were 30% off all swimsuits and I found a cute matching set a skirt with shorts underneath it and a cute top. It costed 80 bucks, not bad but still expensive. And it had tags on it the little red things and I asked the lady to take them off and she said yea, she was very nice respectful and responsible. So I went shopping the rest of the day and I got home I was putting my swimsuit on and I realized she didn't take the 2nd one off I called them back and they said they can't help maybe try walmart, walmart couldn't help. Then we went to my aunts store and she said she couldn't because the alarm would go off and ink would splatter maybe the employees should make sure that they absolutely take the alarms off...
