From a beginner sewer, I went into the store with intentions of making flannel masks for my family and friends for the holiday. I went in and grabbed my different flannel fabrics and went to the front desk to check out. I explained to the worker that I a beginner sewer and I want to make 20 masks for my family. She gave me a yard of each fabric which was appropriate, and when she asked me how many elastics I needed I said forty pairs thinking they were a set. She cut me forty feet of elastic (I didn't speak up because I am socially anxious and this was a terrible situation). Anyway, I explained to my mom who is an experience sewer and told me that was too much elastic and I should try to return 36 feet of it. I went the next day to return the untouched elastic, and the same worker told me they will take it back but only give me 20% back. Hello? Kathy and the rest of the staff were beyond incredible. I am a teacher and was buying supplies for my classroom. I needed hundreds of dollars in fabric, and they didn't complain at all!! They very kindly cut everything with care and precision, they greeted everyone who came in the store and spoke to almost every customer as they were leaving. One of the best Customwr Service experiences that I've ever had! They were so helpful, respectful, and patient with the very large purchase i had.
