Consigned some items a few months ago. Staff was pretty helpful and let me come back a few hours later to grab my things as I work down the block and they had bags ahead of me so it just made it easier especially when there is on meter parking.

Noticed going in a few times since, really hit or miss customer service. No one greets anyone in store or they are cold at checkout. Went in today with more to consign. I waited for a few at the counter, no greeting just the young woman working saying at me from the dressing room where she was gathering clothes "I'll check it in a minute" I didn't even realize she was talking to me at first. The she came over and just started to grab my bag no smile, no greeting seemed miserable honestly. I gave her a big smile and said "Hi, How are you?" She grumbled a reply and I said, since I had errands to run and there where bags on the counter ahead of mine that I'd be happy to come back in a bit and she said "I'm only comfortable if it's no longer than an hour." And I was surprised given the staff said it was no big deal last time. And then she said "cause how do I know you're not gonna come back and like leave it here?" and I tried to explain I literally work down the block and I had no intention of leaving a bag of nice clothing there. And she was just miserable and repeated her sentiment. Since I had no more coins for the meter and couldn't rush my next errand I just told her to forget it I'd come back when someone else was working as they had been much more helpful. She kind of smirked and that was it.

Yuck. I've been consigning clothes for 20 + years. Buyers can get these kinds of weird bullish attitudes and it ruins businesses. Just be kind. It's that simple. I'll never come back. I'd rather donate my clothes than deal with such...

This store is in my top 5 consignment shops I've been to. I used to live in a large city where consignment shops were selling thin, ripped, and stained clothes for incredibly high prices. This store sells women's clothes that are in great condition for a very reasonable price. I've purchased tops, skirts, and dresses here that have become wardrobe mainstays. I also never feel pressured to buy anything when I come in to browse.

I like that the staff aren't in my face from the moment I walk in the store. I saw a few comments about it and for me it's a huge plus that they just let me shop in peace. When I do chat with the staff they are very nice and helpful.

Clean, friendly, and efficient. I’ve brought clothes to consign here multiple times, and normally they take more than other places in town and give everything a fair shot, which I appreciate. Clothes must be neat and presentable, no rips tears or stains. My only gripe is they have a much larger women’s selection than men’s, and there have been times that one employee will reject a bunch of clothes, and then another employee will take them down the line, but that’s part of the consignment game; seasonal factors weight heavy. I will return, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient considering it’s always busy with multiple people...
