The product is really great…If you can get your order in a timely manner.

I’ve had at least 3 instances where I’ve waited over 20 mins for my orders. One instance, I’ve waited over 20-25 mins for my two drinks when no one else was in line or waiting for their coffee. One instance, I’ve waited 30 minutes for my two drinks. After these two incidents, I still gave them a chance. Each time I had an incident, I spoke to the managers about how long it takes. I WFH so I’ve had to cancel my meeting this most recent time because I thought coffee would take no more than 10 mins to make.

So when my experience was unpleasant a manager called me and suggested I use Google to place my order to streamline the process and speed up time for drinks. I obliged and gave it a shot. So today, my wife ordered at 10:18am and Google said that the drinks would be ready at 10:38am (20 mins). Sure enough when I get there, the drinks aren’t ready! I had to wait ~5-10 mins for them to be made. Turns out this time “Google orders wasn’t setup” even though the manager told me to specifically use it.

So in total, I’ve wasted about an hour and a half of my life waiting on 6 coffee drinks (my wife’s drinks and mine). If you value your time, there’s a handful of coffee places about a 5 min drive from this place. You could probably drive to them and get your coffee faster than if you waited for your coffee to be made here.

It sucks writing this review because I live in a nearby neighborhood and they’re an extremely convenient coffee spot for us and it’s great coffee if you can get it within a reasonable time. I just had high hopes for this place because I’ve personally seen 2 other coffee spots come and go in the exact same building space they’re in. I hope they can get it together to make it for the long run.

Despite this, I will say that the banana coffee is my favorite. So try that if you do decide to gamble...

I really wanted to like this place but it's let me down both times I went in. The first time we went in, I ordered a matcha drink that was so so in taste, and an order of the furikkake fries. We waited such a LONG time for our order, i think at one point the employee might have simply forgotten we were there. When we came in, the place was practically empty. And recently I came back to get another order of fries (because they were pretty decent) with a strawberry drink. The drink was again so so, and the fries once again took a long time to make. When we got our order and went home there was no sauce (spicy mayo) on our furikkake fries, so it was just garlic fries with all the sesame seeds at the bottom of the box the fries came in. Also, the drive thru speaker is very broken and we couldn't hear what the employee was saying, so don't plan on using the drive thru. Also the little cakes they were selling in the glass display looked...not so fresh and they had little bubbles on the surface of them.

Overall this place has potential, and again, I reallllly wanted to like it but the service is bad and the drinks are mid....

This place has a cute aesthetic and a cozy atmosphere, which I really appreciate. It’s also dog-friendly and their drinks are often very cute.

That said, I’ve found myself a little disappointed each time I visit, mainly because the flavors don’t live up to the presentation. The drinks are okay, but not memorable, and I personally prefer the taste, quality, and prices at other boba tea shops like Feng Cha.

Another downside is the extra $2 charge for no ice, which feels excessive, especially when other shops don’t charge for that. Even when I ask for less ice, I still end up with half a cup of it.

Atmosphere-wise, it’s usually quiet, but there was one visit where I sat in and could clearly hear staff having a loud conversation across the shop. I understand having casual chats during slower hours, but it came off as inconsiderate.

Overall, I want to like this place more than I do. I might try again and order something different, maybe one of their most popular drinks, just in case I haven’t found the...
