BRITTO — Local services in Kendall

My husband and I have visited this store in Dadeland Mall several times and we have purchased several items. The staff have always been attentive and knowledgeable. However, this past weekend was exceptionally wonderful. My husband and I went twice to the store. We were greeted by two wonderful young men, Ricky and Ben, who made our shopping experience extra special. These guys are great and we felt that they went the extra mile to take care of us as their customers. They were friendly and attentive. We had a great time at the store. Their attentiveness inspired us in returning to the store today and we purchased another piece of luggage. We had already purchased a smaller one over a month ago. However, we decided to purchase the larger one today, and Ricky and Ben were just wonderful. We just hope they could receive commission on their sales because they really do deserve it. It is a rare thing nowadays for sales personnel to treat customers like we used to be treated before online shopping became the thing to do. Love the place. Love the Art, the ambient, how colorful the place is, how clean, neat and organized the store is and even the service is excellent. I specifically would love to thank Ben for giving me a whole tour of the place and a brief history of who Romero Britton is which I honestly never heard of him I had only walked into the store cause it caught my attention and stood out so well but after talking to Ben I definitely did not walk out the same way I came in. I left with a lot more knowledge on the founder of the store and the entire history of how it came to be. Giancarlos WAS AMAZING !!!! I was just walking through the mall for my appointment and this STORE CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. OH MY GOODNESS I felt like I was in a museum. Every piece was very well thought out and put together. I didn’t have any intention to buy anything. However the candles took my attention my favorite one was loveology. I wanted to get one however I ended up getting leaving with 4 and I bought the perfume smells really good for only $75. Thank you GIANCARLOS for your warm welcome and being patient with me with my indecisiveness haha. I definitely will be coming again with a few of my counterparts. Love...
