Dear [Recipient Name],
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Dadeland Mayors location. As a long-time, loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money at your Dadeland store, as well as other Mayors locations nationwide, I am appalled by my recent experience.
In March 2023, I purchased two certified pre-owned Rolex watches from your Dadeland store. I specifically chose to buy CPO watches because, with the urging of the sales representative, I was told they were fully refurbished and came with a 2-year warranty. I agreed, as new watches were unavailable, and I was eager to avoid the extensive waitlist.
Approximately 20 months after the purchase, my wife noticed a missing screw from her watch's wristband, which she had only worn 5-6 times. Following my suggestion, she took it to the Dadeland Mayors for a simple screw repair. After an unfulfilled two-week promise and a lack of communication, I contacted the store and was subsequently provided an estimate for $1300. This was unexpected, as only a screw replacement was requested.
Upon clarifying this discrepancy, I was initially informed that the watch was not a CPO unit and was not under warranty. However, after presenting the paperwork, the response shifted, and I was told that the CPO program had changed since my purchase.
After speaking with Ms. Leal, the Rolex Manager, who confirmed that the CPO program includes full refurbishment and a 2-year warranty, I was offered to have the watch repaired for free. Despite this, I received no further communication and had to repeatedly contact the store for updates. After a month and a half, I retrieved the watch, with only the screw replaced. To ensure transparency, I marked the back bezel of the watch. One week later, I received a call stating the watch was ready. Upon inspection, the mark was still there, so I was told that the additional repairs were deemed unnecessary.
The handling of this situation has been incredibly disappointing. I feel that I have been repeatedly misled, my time has been wasted, and the service I received does not align with the Mayors brand. I am deeply concerned about the practices at your Dadeland store and intend to share my experience...

Subject: Concern Regarding Rolex Daytona Watches & Selective Distribution Practices at Mayors Jewelers.
Dear Belen Leal:
Rolex Manager, Management at Mayors Jewelers, Rolex Dadeland Mall, Miami, Florida.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the selective distribution practices of Rolex Daytona watches at Mayors Jewelers. As a loyal customer for over 40 years, I have purchased numerous Rolex watches and have always held the brand in high regard. However, my recent experience has left me questioning the integrity of the customer service and selective distribution process.
I have been on the alleged customer wish list for a Rolex Daytona watch for over three years now, and it is disheartening to learn that approximately 30 Daytona watches arrive at the store annually, and yet mine, never seems to arrive. In total, that amounts to nearly 100 watches that have been distributed during my 3 year wait. This raises serious concerns about the allocation of these highly sought-after models.
It appears that there may be a significant issue with how these watches are being selectively distributed, particularly with reports of them being sold to resellers rather than being allocated to loyal customers who have been patiently waiting. The lack of a deposit system allows for a level of discretion that seems to favor those who may not have the interests of genuine customers in mind.
The current supply and demand situation has created an environment where loyal customers like myself feel overlooked and undervalued. I believe that the selective distribution process should prioritize those of us who have demonstrated our loyalty to both the Rolex brand and Mayors Jewelers. Instead, it seems as though there is an organized scheme in place that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
I intend to share my experience through a Google review to ensure that others are aware of the issues at hand. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and consider reevaluating your selective distribution practices to better serve your loyal customer base.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, Alex Fornet Customer...
Read moreI had the worst experience of my life today at the Mayor's store buying a luxury watch. But buyin the watch was not the worst part, the worst part was to meet the Mayor's store Director JOE REYNA. I bought a Cartier watch of 8000 dollars, I had a photo of the watch I wanted because I had been there days before, but after days the watch was not showing anymore and when I showed the photo to the seller he said "oohh I have it on the back of the store", it's in perfect condition and it is the only one we have, so I bought it. 22 days after the CARTIER watch got water inside not due to swimming or diving because I'm a pregnant woman. ( and it was a water resistant watch). So I went back to the store for help because I don't want to spend 8000 dollar for the broken or defective watch because in addition was very suspicious that the watch was on the back and not showing instead. JOE REYNA said I'm sorry we have to fix it, I disagreed because it is a 8000 dollar I want a good watch not a fixed and defective watch. and I asking for the camera to see why my watch was on the back of the store if it was the last one in order to rule out a problem with. When you call the director you never imagine to meet someone like this guy in a luxury place, normally they are taking care of they custumers. but He said this is the only option you have and if you don't go I going to call the security, even seeing that I was pregnant, I felt afraid of him I called 911. Them JOE REYNA did the report to send the watch for evaluation and wrote down what he wanted, different to what I said happened. I said you can't do that and he responded sign it or go out. I'm started crying and felt very frustrated because they are kind when you are buying but if something happens you are lost completely. If the Mayor's store has that kind of worker as a luxury store what you can expect about they products. My husband can not buy his watch today after this experience I'm Dentist and I never seen a customer service like that in any...
