This is not a reflection of Fendi itself but of the associate at this location by the name of Richard. I called in an order over the phone on 9.22.20. I live in Dallas but the Miami store was the only one showing to have the item I wanted. I placed the order with this associate and he sent me a text message w/ receipt. He said it would be delivered. 7 days later nothing I called him and his attitude was disgusting. He was very aggressive and despite my plea to speak to a mgr he would not let me. I asked for corporate office number he said he didn't have it. It took over 15 calls and me speaking to the manager of saks to get my refund and an explanation. I am truly disappointed this associate needs to be reprimanded. If he doesn't like his job he should look elsewhere. Fendi is not a cheap store and with the kind of money spent better customer...
