Today started off unpleasantly but I ended up learning from this experience. I walked into the Dadeland Pandora store and was greeted by Daisy. She was very informative and kind to me. I was told that I couldn’t do an even exchange there due to their numbers would be affected. After asking more questions the representative was willing to make an exception but was told that she still couldn’t do the exchange without all the items on the receipt, even though I was only exchanging one of the items and they could have keyed in the rest. This isn’t about Daisy, although she didn’t help do the exchange for me, she was patient and showed me a great bracelet for my mother. This is about the representative Andrea who decided to jump into our conversation. She was listening to it, which was fine, but she got frustrated that I was asking about the return process. She chimed in and told me that the charms had to be scanned for the return, so I simply reiterated what she just said when she visibly got frustrated and rudely told the other lady to just send me to customer service and be done with it, as if I wasn’t standing there. She said some other things under her breath when Daisy finally called her out and said “I got it” to deescalate the situation. It was uncalled for and unprofessional. Before I left, I kindly asked for Daisy’s name and the other lady Andrea who gave me their name in a smug way. I don’t know if this is her actual name, but she is the thin girl with long black hair. I don’t understand how you can be proud about treating others with disrespect. Anyways I went to the Falls where I got treated with respect and gladly purchased an extra $200 on top of the exchange. If you want employees who are happy to be there and take their time to treat you fairly do not go to Dadeland. Do yourself a favor and go to The Falls where they go above and beyond to make sure you...
Read moreI arrived at the store and as soon as I entered they asked me what I needed. When I arrived I let them know that I was coming to pick up, the blonde lady turned around and ignored me. A few minutes later another person tells me what I need and rudely she tells me that I have to go to the back. He sent a young girl and she was very kindly helping me, we finished with my first pick up and I asked her if it was possible to pick up another one that was not yet ready and she told me that she was going to serve someone else but she would be happy to help me. (since my order was not ready and I clearly understand), then another girl with very long hair arrives and sees that the young girl who perhaps did not have as much experience needs help and in a super rude way she starts to help her. moving everything in a manner and making gestures of discomfort and annoyance. I stood to one side waiting for them to finish so I could pick up my second order, then the lady who was rude at first who was wearing a mask arrives and tells me what else I need and I explain to her, she tells me it's not ready and I ask her if Is it possible to help me since I did it three hours before and I am looking for something that was already ready. and she doesn't answer me, she just leaves, she brings me the bracelet and very quickly she gives it to me and she tells me ok here it is. They never look you in the eyes, their tone and vibe is one of not wanting to help. At that moment as I was leaving I saw a girl that I sometimes meet at the gym and she told me omg they are super rude and she prefers not to buy. This experience means not going...
Read moreHorrible. We were looking at the rings because the Falls location did not have my size available. I was also trying to look at different options they had on display around the store. I just wanted to make it a lot easier on whomever was going to assist me. I wanted to be sure of what I wanted to try on and not have them bring a bunch out for no reason, that’s all.
So a store associate went up to another potential customer who came in after me and asked her if she needed assistance, the lady responded with no thank you I’m just looking around and the clerk responded with well you can’t just look around you will have to leave, I can say pretty much everyone was a little shocked with the response and the customer left extremely upset, I was in shock because that was extremely rude and embarrassing in my opinion. Then she comes up to us, asked us if we needed assistance, we told her not yet we were just looking at the different ring displays, she then responded to me with the same exact response “you can’t just look around in the store”. It was so rude, and so embarrassing for us, we immediately left. She offered a catalog as we were leaving but we declined.
I’ve shopped at the Pandora at the falls and their customer service is GREAT, Cutler Ridge .... GREAT. But this one in Dadeland was unfortunately so bad.
Now, I’m not sure if their protocol for customer assistance has changed since the whole pandemic, which I would understand, but I just feel that she handled us as customer in the most unprofessional manner. I felt so embarrassed when she said we...
