First things first I came into this restaurant with good intentions. Some friends and I went in as a party of 8 and ordered our food at different time as we came in at different times because some ran late. Anyways the problems laid in the fact that the first group member got his order lost, deleted, and ignored. other groups and people that came in significantly later than him relieved and FINISHED eating their food entirely while he continued to be ignored from his ordered. he repeatedly tried to speak to the staff or workers about the status of his order however they would walk past him and not even make eye contact with any of the customers of our entire group. multiple members tried to approach the issue as we just wanted to either retrieve the order or refund it and leave, however they ignored us and gave us rude remarks and left mid sentence. they also approached us post ordering and paying saying that we couldnât eat in store because some of us put togo. however after checking..majority of us put eat in and we were sitting outside anyways. i donât understand why the need to lie in kicking us out when we werenât making any disturbances and they also took all the sauces from our table after we sat there. we werenât even treated with courtesy of sauces? as for the food we eventually just asked to be refunded the money and leave since they didnât choose to serve us, make us comfortable or update us on what was going on for our paid food. After hearing this they then all of a sudden collectively worked and said they would figure out the order. apparently they didnât write the order, wrote his name, or save the order in anyway. one of them actually said âwait u paid here?â. I simply feel if you canât work correctly or donât want to you shouldnât be involved in customer service in anyway. I then spoke to another worker, Alejandro, who has very helpful and informed me that he was not the manager. the manager, manuel, was actually not there and hadnât been for two hours. the stand in manager, paola, was the lady that ignored, skipped, took the sauces and tried to kick us out over untrue statements. they then slapped the order in front of the customer and didnât give him a single regard for the mission he had gone through. also the chef was giving rude faces and making rude statements towards the food he was serving and putting for packages. Not sure exactly what needs to be done but this location is low in quality, terrible in customer service, and worse in overall experience and atmosphere. I have been a loyal customer of Los Verdes for about three years, but my recent visit was absolutely the worst experience Iâve ever had there. I placed an order for pickup, which, due to my payment method, needed to be done through an application. However, I wanted to eat my order in the restaurant.
Previously, the manager had approved this, but this time the manager was not present. The person in charge, one of the men from the kitchen, was extremely rude and basically screamed at me. When I explained my situation and requested to eat in the restaurant, he argued aggressively, claiming it wasnât possible. While handling the situation, he repeatedly asked for unnecessary personal information, including details about my payment method and card, which had nothing to do with my order.
He packed my food while being incredibly disrespectful and even told me I would never be welcome at Los Verdes because I complained. When I asked to speak with the manager, he continued yelling and using offensive language, making it clear I was not allowed to enter the restaurant again. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience Iâve ever had at this restaurant.
I hope Los Verdes addresses this behavior, as it completely ruined what had otherwise been a positive relationship with this establishment over the past...
   Read moreCompletely ignored by all the waiters present on Christmas Day 2024. I've only been here twice since it opened. Opening day I ordered a burger. It wasn't great. The second time I got a cheese Cachapa, the cheese was very cold. I've had it before at other restaurants, so I asked if it could be heated. They told me it's normally served the way it was given to me. Now it's my third time. Didn't know they had waiters, previous two times there was no such thing. I sat at a table, my husband made the line we thought was to order. I noticed there was servers around, so I figured one would come over. Well nope, one waiter checked out one group and immediately sat down a large group that came after us, another girl helped out a table of three that also came after us. Never bothered to come over. My husband finally got to the front of the cashier, was just turned away, and told him to dine in to see the waiter. He came over to my table. Tired to get the waiters attention. It took a long time till one finally decided to come over. Ordered a cheese arepa. Super greasy and cheese was hard to eat. Husband got the Perri-carne, the meat was tough.
