I loved loved loved coming here to do my lashes with Yessica. She was so professional and did amazing work! I did my lashes with her on the 8th and today to schedule my next refill the customer service rep told me Yessica was no longer on the schedule (meaning she is no longer with the company) the only other person that works there is Karina. The problem is i made the mistake of doing my lashes once with Karina and they came out horrible. She took over an hour and when i told her i had to go she said " im not even halfway done" i stayed an extra 45 min. She was so unprofessional and had NO idea what she was doing., she keps sighing because she was having a hard time, i felt bad but dam why are the customers the guinea pigs ?? They all fell off or were sideways the following day (never happened with Yessica) i went in 2 days later for Yessica to fix it. Hours of my life gone all because Karina did'nt know how to do it. Anyways back to today-customer service calls me back and tells me they have a new girl starting but she can do my lashes on the 18th or the 25. the 18th is too early (i did my fill on the 8th) and the 25th is longer than the 14 day waiting period meaning they are going to charge me for a full because it would be past the refill time and most of the lashes are'nt going to be on my eyes... i realized coming here that Yessica and Karina are their only employees meaning now that Yessica is gone its only Karina (and now this new girl) the company is very strange, i was once there and i heard the owner burp while i was waiting for Yessica to finish, i was so disgusted !!!! The customer service said they would call me back with a solution. I honestly just want a refund of the credits i didnt use. its not about the $50 refund its the principal, you dont have anyone to do my lashes within the time frame that i need them done. what kind of bad business practices is this ??? and im sure if this is happening to me its happening to others. i will keep you updated with what they decide to do, this is something that should def. be reported to the BBB if they dont do the right thing. Read moreI have been a faithful company to Deka Lash for almost 2 years now and have always done my lashes with Yessica because her work was top notch and she was extremely professional. I looked forward to doing my lashes with her every month. I had my appointment now this upcoming week and the company decided to take it upon themselves to reschedule my appointment for another day and with another lash artist like if I wouldn’t notice. they DID NOT even have the audacity to call me and ask if it’s ok. Bottom line is that it is extremely unprofessional to not even contact your customers to let them know the situation. I then proceeded to call customer service to let them know i have not gone in for a service since my new membership automatically renewed and politely asked for a refund. I also mentioned that I don’t want to be a training test for a new employee and they proceeded to let me know the people working are new hirers. NO HELP! Yessica was the one really carrying the company at the palms location and it’s so sad to see the owners really don’t care about their customers since they are not offering refunds on the remaining credits and forcing us to be test dummies for new hirers. I don’t want to look like a clown or have my lashes fall off after paying $200 monthly. If you decide to go to this location, be careful because you might be the training for an unlicensed and uncertified...

This place has gone so far down the drain I don't think Jesus could save them. I've been going here for the last 3 years (2 years every single appt) but recently came back to a disaster.
They no longer do foreign fills. They took off the lashes I had on and put on a new set that was the worst job I've ever had in my life. During this process the lash tech got the product in my eye where it burned for the next 2 days. They charged me $315 total and are refusing to refund my card. The lash girl who did my lashes even admitted to me that they were better when I came in for my fill than her replacement set and refused to fix them because (she didn't know how!!?) I've tried contacting support for a refund but they won't unless I go in and have them yet again taken off...I don't want to loose my vision due to your incompetent techs getting things in my eyes... The manager said she would redo my lashes and now isn't even responding to me attempting to rebook. I've never had such bad lashes, its embarrassing to even walk outside. They're spotty and uneven and have been falling out since I walked out of the salon. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF.
