Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I've visited this Taco Bell quite often, and usually there service has been quick, but as of recent, they have been struggling to keep up. I entered the store for a quick order for where I work at. I placed two orders at the Kiosk and awaited my name to be called. Once my name was called, I noticed that the other order was entirely missing. I made it known by one of the employees there named Gina Dacosta. She swiftly tried to get my second order running as soon as possible. I watched as she attempted to help one of the newer employees that was struggling a bit, but it appeared that she was held back by the others in trying to do so. She tried to ensure that both customers in the lobby and in drive-thru were equally satisfied. With the exception of the newer employee, the others didn't appear too communicative in maintaining a teamwork environment and keep the customers in both aspects happy. Not that I was bothered too much. But it clearly shows that no one else other than Gina was willing to go above and beyond to run the place. I recommend a change of staff a bit. Otherwise, if you happen to be taken care of by Gina, you should be in good hands. Given that the others don't...

Summary: Long lines and rude and lazy staff.

I ordered on their app and came up to the drive-thru ordering speaker to announce my order number at around 1:30 am. I'm at the speaker for about 5 minutes when I hear no response so I proceed to the window to let them know (plus there was no one at the taco bell anyways). The lady REFUSED to prepare my order and demanded I go ALL around the store again to the drive-thru speaker so I can re-tell them my order number. That's literally retarded. It is 1:30 in the morning and there is no one else at this tacobell WHY would I even do that. After I finally get my food and i'm about to leave they start CUSSING at me in SPANISH. I've never seen anything like that from a anywhere I have been at. UNBELIEVABLE.

Unfortunately this Taco bell is very close to home so this is the one we always end up at on a late night. Gets super busy after 12 am when drive-thru is their only option. The staff here is insanely rude, lazy, and filled with people who lack...

TERRIBLE ALL AROUND!! Today we visited 2 different stores in Miami Dade. One on 7350 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33183, the other on 13710 SW 88 Street. One as disastrous as the other. Both locations drive thru windows were so congested that cars were blocking the street. Both locations dine in rooms unattended. Neither of them wanted to take our order forcing us to use a machine that did not have the Quesalupa Combo that we wanted. Untrained staff was struggling and managers drowning in the chaotic situations. I cannot tell they were under-staffed but definitely under trained. Bathrooms were locked and uncleaned.
