Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

This was a sad and slow experience. I walked in at 7:12 P.M to order 2 small Jr Whoppers and 2 small fries. Mind you, I did receive my food and left but by then it was 7:41. During that time I witnessed so much. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't give them 0. First of all there were only 3 people working inside. They had a young guy doing orders for the inside and drive thru and one lady in the back making all the sandwiches and then they had a third employee who was a young kid who was literally worthless. All he did was put fries and chicken nuggets in the little cups. Then just sat there waiting for the sandwiches that took forever to make. Secondly, a customer came in from the drive thru saying he was over charged. He ended up talking to everyone in the BK and returned his food for a refund (Which he had to wait around 10 minutes to receive.) Thirdly, I would say 3-4 people minimum walked out because the service was so slow. One guy waited 10 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged and I told him to honestly just leave because he would never get his food anyways. Lastly, when i got my food the fry cups were half empty and the fries you can tell had been sitting for a while (I saw no fresh fried foods made while waiting my half hour) I will never go to this BK again, poor service, bad food and overall a...

We had to return to the store tonight Saturday 01/21/2023 @ 9:00-9:30pm because we asked for no veggies on our burgers and sandwiches and than every single one had veggies in it while the reciept clearly said in all caps NO Tomatos NO lettuce NO onions NO pickles etc we got them changed but it was like nothing changed because THE VEGGIES WERE STILL ON IT and that REPEATED 3 TIMES!!!! THREE TIMES me and my girlfriend got sick and tired because we felt it was weird how it was difficult for them to NOT put things on the burger AFTER 3 TIMES we left and left the food there im gonna take up with claims tomorrow to get my refund because I DO NOT wanna step anywhere near this Burger King ever again not only was the service slow on a relatively slow night but also the customer service was unsatisfactory to say the least and I believe the people that served me and my girlfriend should either be properly trained/evaluated we were not being difficult we explained the situation and it was impossible for them to produce a simple solution would never reccomend...

HORRENDOUS customer service at the drive-thru. I don’t know what this individual’s problem is but if you hate your job sooo bad, quit. There’s no need to give attitude when someone is being nice. This young cuban cashier with black long hair and chonga nails needs to get a grip. No estamos en cuba mamita! You won’t advance in life with that type of attitude that’s forsure. When she handed me the bag I checked inside to see if my order was correct, which it was except that there wasn’t utensils or napkins inside.
