This was a sad and slow experience. I walked in at 7:12 P.M to order 2 small Jr Whoppers and 2 small fries. Mind you, I did receive my food and left but by then it was 7:41. During that time I witnessed so much. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't give them 0. First of all there were only 3 people working inside. They had a young guy doing orders for the inside and drive thru and one lady in the back making all the sandwiches and then they had a third employee who was a young kid who was literally worthless. All he did was put fries and chicken nuggets in the little cups. Then just sat there waiting for the sandwiches that took forever to make. Secondly, a customer came in from the drive thru saying he was over charged. He ended up talking to everyone in the BK and returned his food for a refund (Which he had to wait around 10 minutes to receive.) Thirdly, I would say 3-4 people minimum walked out because the service was so slow. One guy waited 10 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged and I told him to honestly just leave because he would never get his food anyways. Read moreWe had to return to the store tonight Saturday 01/21/2023 @ 9:00-9:30pm because we asked for no veggies on our burgers and sandwiches and than every single one had veggies in it while the reciept clearly said in all caps NO Tomatos NO lettuce NO onions NO pickles etc we got them changed but it was like nothing changed because THE VEGGIES WERE STILL ON IT and that REPEATED 3 TIMES!!!!
