I highly recommend Golden Phoenix Crossfit for the following reasons which I have experienced personally since I joined in May, 2024. Jacqueline Dolan, the owner is very passionate, highly motivated, empathetic and is rooting for your success in your fitness journey. All the trainers that I have worked with are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. They are patient in showing the right techniques of the workout. They are friendly, very professional & want you to get the best out of every classes they teach and succeed. The workouts are fun & very impactful. They are suitable for anyone & with no experience. I hadn't worked out for the past 6-7 yrs when I joined & had no prior experience with crossfit. The 1st day was brutal but it got better over time as I continued to build strength, stamina & endurance. The facility is clean and emphasize on good hygiene i.e.cleaning the equipments, floor etc. The crossfit members are super friendly, respectful and passionate about their workout. You work individually & as well as a team. It motivates you to do well. Provides nutritional coaching which I took advantage of and it has helped me to make healthy choices.

As of the time of this review, I have been to the Crossfit center for a total of 28 times (I go 3 -4 days/ week). I have never felt so energetic & "strong" before joing the crossfit! The owners Jackie and Bridget are amazing coaches! It doesn't matter what level you are or how old you are, anyone can do it! They have been open since May when I started, and feel amazingly strong and great. I have gained a lot of respect for them for doing what they love. They take the time to explain every movement and workout we do to make sure everyone understands. You also see results within a week or two, whether your trying to gain muscle or lose weight. These girls treat everyone equal and pushes us to our potential. They are also great supporters in accomplishing your goals and any hurdles you may have. We all push each other to do our best and cheer each other on. All the members know each other and also hang out together; whether the box is having an event or to just have fun. I'm proud and happy to be a part of the Golden Phoenix family. I am proud to call these wonderful and strong women not only my coaches, but my friends. They have not only helped me lose weight and become stronger, but also given me the confidence to find my true potential. When Golden Phoenix opened in early May, I had never done CrossFit before, and I was so scared to try. Owner/Coach Jacqueline and Owner/Coach Bridget made my transition from a regular gym to a box seamless and better than I ever thought it could be. Their expertise in all things CrossFit put their athletes at ease, and it makes us feel like family (a strong, awesome family!). The things they have taught me over the last 5 months have made me a confident, strong, and happy person. With the addition of Coach Miguel and Coach Ben, this box is by far the best place to become a healthy and fit person. These four coaches have SO much knowledge, it's unbelievable. I never thought I would be able to do the things that make up CrossFit. I never thought I would actually like working out. 5 months later, I find myself staying at the box after a WOD to watch the next, and staying to talk with my CrossFit family. The level of community at Golden Phoenix is amazing and the most supportive group of people I have ever encountered. No matter where you are at physically, you can do this.
