Starbucks — Restaurant in Kenilworth

I needed a self service car wash bay so I could get the winter road salt off my new car. This place was the closest, that I could find, near my house. There is an automatic / drive through car wash next to this place. This review is for the Self Service bays only.

There are a few self service bays at this car was, as well as a change making machine. They don't take credit cards, and I'm not sure if the change machine takes anything other than $1 dollar bills. There are vacuums in front of the bays, but I didn't use them. Each Bay has a brush and a high pressure wash wand, each with a dedicated holder, although the brush holder sits on the ground(ewww). You control what is used via a selection knob at the control panel, where you drop your quarters. The cost is $3 for 5 minutes, which is a decent rate. The first bay that I pulled into didn't allow me to change the selector knob from rinse to pre-wash, so I needed to move to another bay. I fed my $$ into the machine and intended to initially pre-soak, wash, then rinse, but I had to go directly to wash as nothing was coming out of the pressure washer on pre-soak. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but sometimes is very necessary. Erika at Starbucks is absolutely disgusting person. She is very rude she seems like she doesn’t want to be there and takes her frustration out on paying customers. We all have bad days but no need to take it on other people let alone customers. For the money we pay I expect to have at least a good morning with a smile. She had a hickey on her neck and certainly looked very unprofessional that’s beside the point but had to mention. She just had bad attitude and shaking her head because I asked if they still had pistachio latte. I’m grateful that Taisha was there because she is always so welcoming and professional. Place is clean but staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. First time I went in I was given the wrong food, when i told the only staff that was there his response was "I understood you wanted that"and before I could reply to him he had moved away. Today I only ask for a cold brewed coffee, there was two staff one taking orders and the other one preparing the food, I kept on waiting for my coffee, few minutes went by until the staff asked what I had ordered.
