I Love Bagels — Restaurant in Kenilworth

I've been to this location many times and each time was a disappointment unfortunately. I kept returning due to co workers persuading me to "Give em another chance they just had a bad morning that's all", but after my recent visit unfortunately it has to be my last visit. Prices change every time,($20-$30 for one wrap and hash browns is a little extreme in my opinion), specific instructions on how I request the food to be made aren't followed. I ask for sausage, or bacon, or hash brown patties to be well done(crispy)and I receive them soggy(hash browns were undercooked and cold). There was a taller gentleman that worked there, his customer service was always amazing but everyone else always gave off an uneasy energy in my opinion. Pretty good bagels.. to get the best crunchy taste definitely needs to be extra toasted. Once it's extra toasted it is crispy and crunchy the way I enjoy it. It's a pretty typical basic bagel with nice soft inside. Huge variety of bagels to choose from especially on a busy Sunday morning.. the lady was very nice and helpful.. reasonable average price for bagels... Parking spots right in front. Honestly worst bagel shop in the area , you’re better off going to bagels and beans down the road in Union . Bagels are mediocre at best and all the spreads are either old , have been out on the counter too long or just plain gross . Also the employees don’t know proper customer service and are always making up different prices. Pls save your money and...
