Very disappointed. Ordered on a Monday night. Was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Boyfriend arrived 15-20 minutes later, and it took an additional 20 minutes. Not a huge deal, but we had company waiting and he was gone much longer than anticipated, so it was a bit annoying. Paid, and it cost double what we thought it would (did not notice until he got home and I saw receipt). Got the 2 pizzas home, and one was not even cut (how does that happen?). Called the next day to explain, was told they were "very busy" that night but admitted the extra 20 minutes not acceptable, and when I questioned the price, after going over it and showing him his own website, they admitted the prices on their online menu weren't correct. Did not offer to do anything for us (cover cost of uncut pizza, cover the difference of the incorrect price..) just said that next time something was wrong with a pizza they'd drop off another pizza. Very unfortunate since the pizza wasn't bad (once we figured a way to cut it) and there really is no other good pizza in area.
