Arrogant amateurs. 3 unnecessary ubers, no focus.

I'm not really a car guy but my battery died. I brought my battery to be replaced to this store, was asked for my details and was sold a battery. Little did I know they sold me the right battery and gave me the wrong one.

I brought the battery home which didn't fit the car. I called to ask questions about it, while the guy on the phone clearly thought I was an idiot and chuckled a bit about my issues with the battery they gave me. I was told I needed to come in.

My car being out a battery, I needed to uber to and from the store. I then called to ask if I could return the battery to a different store, which they assured me they could. I went to a different store (uber again), and discovered the incorrect battery was given for the sale. Insult to injury, I was told I only could return to the originating store. Uber (again) to this store, where I showed them my receipt and battery. They acknowledged the issue, then the clerk went to the battery wall again, and gave me the WRONG BATTERY AGAIN.

I noticed it immediately this time, got furious, demanded the correct battery and left (in an Uber home). The correct battery installed and worked.

These guys had no problems chuckling about my problems which they completely caused. What a horrible experience. Waste...

Shane demonstrated very poor communication skills while I attempted to buy a few items at the register. his attitude twords me felt like his mission was getting me out as fast as possible. Shane stated that he cant break a $100 bill with a Blank stare no attempt at all to look into the register or to even consider asking if I was looking for anything else to purchase so that the transaction was possible. This is my first time leaving a bad review for an organization however I barley managed to make it to the parts store as my car was in need of the parts I was buying and I had nothing else but $100 dollar bills. I managed to ask someone else at the store that was a lot of help. I told them the situation and they did not hesitate to look into the register and and they did infact have enough to make the transaction happen. Workers at this establishment have been fantastic in the past but thanks to this encounter with Shane's poor work ethic and lazy judgmental attitude i will look to buy parts from somewhere else. Hope he corrects his face or finds a new job doing something he actually...

I called in at 1230 pm today to get some brake pads for 2000 Hyundai Tiburon and then I needed to borrow a brake caliber tool. I called and asked them if they had the tool and he said he did. I wasn’t able to catch the guys name on the phone, but when I got down to the store, I was told that you cannot put money down on a caliber tool It’s not a loaner faith deposit from Shane. So I call to the next O’Reillys in Lake City, Washington I have the loaner tool now and I’m getting the job done. My breaks were just starting to hit rotors I was trying avoid more damage that is why I called store in Kenmore wa before going. Over all fail. Waste folks time,gas. I was able to rent tool and buy some breaks from another Lake City O’Reillys. Thankfully. .
