Based on the previous reviews, it looks like this store needs to find a happy medium between leaving customers alone and being helpful. Seriously, I get asking the customer once or twice while they're in the store if they're finding everything alright but I must have been asked like 10 times within a 15 minute span. I think a lot of people like to be left alone when they're shopping, especially if they have already said they're doing fine. One girl asked me 3 times, another twice. In addition, as I was walking through the clothing sections I got asked by 3 or 4 other girls in under a minute. They're weren't many people shopping, and maybe the employees were just bored but seriously it was overkill and made me uncomfortable to shop. It annoyed me to the point that I didn't want to be in the store anymore so instead of taking my time and browsing through clothes, I decided to just go pay for the earrings I picked out and get out of there. It also made me feel like they were staying on me because they thought I was going to shoplift. Either way, you don't want to annoy your customer or make them feel like you're watching them. I just wanted to start off this review with WOW. I had the most amazing experience here today. I’ve always gotten gifts from here. However, I have never shopped until today. Let me just say I had felt valued, and was greeted so many times. The lady at the front, ASHLEE, was fabulous 🩷🩷🩷!!! I’m trying to find how to review on their own customer survey system, and I don’t know how. I’ll ask her next time. The other sales lady was so sweet too, I just forgot her name. But Ashlee, was just amazing and so sweet to me. She complimented me and helped me in anyway! I was kind of in a rush to get to work so I didn’t have time to try on but next time I will!! The whole store was beautiful!!! Fitting room was excellent and clean! Everything was organized, and stocked very well!!! This store is amazing and fabulous. Keep it up ladies. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! after shopping around the store we found that the only affordable items were on the clearance. after getting to the counter to check out, half of the clearance items rang up as full price. after asking the attendant what it was about she shrugged her shoulders and continued with the total. after refusing to pay full price on clearance items, we put back more than we purchased. the entire store is a huge waste of time, if you’re going to have a clearance section at least find a way to differentiate actual clearance items from random items thrown in the room. do not spend your money here, the girls working up front are living off mommy and daddy money so $100 over what you were expecting to spend is “no big...
