I absolutely love this place! Their candles SMELL absolutely fabulous. Their pet candle, citrus candle, lavender candle, and their cable knit candle are my favorites! I love their soft cotton room spray as well. I live with a dog and she can sometimes b a little stinky after walks, so their room sprays and their pet candle really gets rid of the smell. Also, it’s a clean, warm, and inviting store. Always organized and clean. Diamond and Maggie were very helpful, always friendly, and kind. Both deserve a raise! This store is one of my favorite stores and I specifically go here for their candles. Not only do their scents last, but they have really good deals on their products. I once bought a really soft olive green throw blanket here and it was on sale for $7! Pretty amazing! They have clearance section with some pretty cute gift ideas too! 10/10 recommend this store to anyone in the area! Thank you so much for making me have a great shopping experience. I normally don't post negative reviews, However, I want to express my experiences that i had on yesterday 9/1 at this location( The Avenue West Cobb)..I went to pick up a online order not only that traveled a total 1 hr drive time . I got to the store the cashier she went to check to see If my order was in the back.. She came back and said your order isn't in the back.. I was able to explained that I received an email confirmation that was sent to me that my order was ready.. She was very dismissive towards me.. I was able to see one of the items was on the shelf, so I was able to repurchase it and a few other items... Furthermore, I understand the place was busy and she was the only cashier..I think she could've handle the issue a little bit better instead of being disregarded you never know who a person of not being customer service friendly... My friend, her daughter and myself were browsing the store, looking for something to put on a wall in my friend's house. We came across a couple of interesting pieces, and as we were continuing to look around we came across their clearance section. There we ran across some masquerade masks in two big wicker baskets. Now everything in this section was on clearance, items were tagged, and there was significant signing. Upon finding the perfect mask in the basket, I along with my friend, and her daughter preceded to the register. As we were standing in line, I noticed that my mask wasn't marked down. Once at the register I was told that it was not on clearance, yet there were no other masks in the store except for in the clearance section. Needless to say, I didn't purchase.
