I do not understand how this place has a 4.8 star, This was literally the worst experience I ever had. My bf and I booked a couples massage and we decided to give this place a shot. Never again. I’ve experienced many massages and couple massages and this was terrible. I do not like to leave reviews like this or even complain but this literally ruined my evening. The masseuse was to aggressive in his massage I had to tell him multiple times that the pressure was to hard. But he kept digging his elbow in me. I’m 5’3 130lbs theirs no way he should’ve been digging his weight on my back with his elbow. I started to get really aggravated and mid session I really wanted to just walk out, which now I feel like I should have. His phone was at the foot of the table and kept vibrating throughout the massage. The lady masseuse kept leaving the room, so my bf didn’t feel like he got the totality of his hour. 4. She also asked him if he wanted to use coconut oil for an extra $10 right in the middle of his massage. This should’ve been asked prior to the massage. Not in the middle of the session They kept whispering to each other constantly, they’re tapping at the table to get each other’s attention, I heard her giggle a couple times . They have you fill out paperwork of what areas you want them to focus on and where you do NOT want them to massage. I opted out of my face being touched but obviously the paperwork was pointless because he didn’t focus on the area that was requested and he slabbed so much oil on my forehead. I also asked for medium pressure and he gave me deep x100! The hot stones are typically my favorite part but in this situation the stones were so hot I couldn’t bare it. He wasn’t using them properly and it felt like they were burning a whole in my back. The overall ambiance was not the best. I can take that if the massage was at least decent. The masseuse is no way a professional. The lack and care of quality is disgraceful. Asking for a tip after this experience was insane! Really I feel like we need a refund. My bf tipped them anyways. A waste of an hour, money and leaving with a crook in my neck.

I got 2-3 massages from Sophia 1-2 years ago. She was a young woman that spoke fairly good English. She was knowledgeable about trigger points and gave an outstanding massage. It's important for me to be able to communicate about this. I have chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome. I was delighted to see there were recent reviews still praising her. I called and made an appointment. I specified Sophia. I called an hour before the appointment to ensure she would be there and they confirmed. At the front desk I repeated that my appointment was with Sophia. The gentlemen nodded and took me back. After I completely undressed and got under the sheet, a lady came in and I asked her name. It was not her. I thanked her but told her I could come back when Sophia was available. I got dressed. When I got to the front, the gentleman at the desk advised me that Sophia could be there in 5-10 min. I waited. 'She' arrived and we spoke as she came in and told me she was Sophia. I doubted it but decided to go ahead and get the massage I was looking forward to. When she came in and I attempted to point out my problem areas, it was obvious she did not speak any English and it was not Sophia, at least not the one I had seen before. I'm not sure if this was deliberate deceit or just the language barrier. I suspect some of each. They got the $100 today but lost potentially thousands in the long run. Outstanding customer service and integrity don't always win today's quick buck but they build loyalty and consistent long term profits like...

I saw a promotional ad for the massage parlor that advertised “walk in’s welcome” and decided (with a friend) to go and check it out. The establishment opened at 11am on Sunday so we arrived at 10:50a. No one showed up to open the business until 11:15a and by then, one couple and an employee (along with us 2) had already been waiting in our cars. We entered and were told they were too busy to see us but they had appointments available at 4pm. Although inconvenient, we rearranged our schedules and booked two appointments for 4. When we arrived at 4, we had our temperatures taken and signed and were told to wait 5 minutes. There was already a customer waiting in the small waiting room and due to Covid guidelines we did not want to crowd the area (one loveseat). I asked if we could sit in a massage chair and wait but was told we could wait in our vehicle and we would be called when it was time to begin. Twenty-five minutes went by before we were called and told ONE of us could be seen and the other would have to wait 30-40 minutes even though we booked for 2.!I can only assume that we were pushed because they did indeed take walk-ins at our appointment time as we were given no real explanation as to why after signing in and waiting for 30 minutes we were being turned away.
