I was shocked to find out that no reviews had been written on this place. I just had my second experience and it is as follows:
Price: ehh decent. I got a chicken salad sandwich and roast beef and it was 14.29 with tax if that gives you any indication of what you need to bring. The place was a little packed but then again it is the holiday season. I was a little disappointed to find out they didn't have a business card for me. The FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD! And the people who make it know how to have a good conversation. They ran out of the bread i wanted :/ kinda sucked because they open at 10 and it wasn't even 1. I will be back though. I grew up in Tn and Honey Baked Ham is like visiting Santa (metaphorically of course). Make sure you get your card to get punched. You get free sandwiches after so many times (found this out my second time) and you can also take the online survey to get further discounts. They do have special orders so if you are running a little late for a special holiday lunch you can order a ham and from what I hear they are AMAZING! The reason though for the 4 out of five is because sometimes I just feel that they don't have things flowing properly. I had to show a lady where the cash...
Read moreRemember when Honeybaked showed you the ham, and offered to show a second ham if asked, to give you a choice? Today, I went to pick up a ham I ordered. I wanted to see the $103 ham they presented to me, but the attendant told me they were not allowed to open the wrapper. Purchase an expensive meat sight unseen? What?? Was every customer just taking what they were given? I asked for the manager. The manager gave the attendant permission to open the wrapper, but for hygiene purposes, the customer could not touch it. No problem. I accepted the ham, but what if I wanted to see another ham at this price point? Honeybaked should not manipulate customers to accept what is given. This is purely a financial issue. They can move customers through their store more quickly. I would rather shop at a business that honors my choice. Honeybaked needs to present a 2nd ham if asked. At this price point, I am considering going to the competition. Update: this 2024 Easter, I went somewhere...

No chips or individual sides were available. We asked for napkins and were told the napkins are in the box under the sandwich. We located the napkins, but they were damp and not usable. The HBH company is not convenient to our home. We probably won't make the effort to go over there again anytime in the...
