Veronica B very unprofessional! The assistant tried to fight me and called me everything but a child of God and I never even engaged with her all I said was I was not talking to her because they attempted to try and gang up on me she went off “well im talking to you” From the door Veronica acted as if she didn’t want to do the service because it was 2:30 (my appt time I booked)she kept saying she had to get her son somewhere… that’s not my problem… so why accept the appointment then catch an attitude with me. The store only had 2,4,6 which there were 2 options she said she couldn’t do the style which is bs because she could’ve razored the hair shorter… but she didn’t want to. A store was .6 of a mile that had the hair. While I was on the phone with the store she interrupted and said “we just gone let you get outta here because I don’t have time. Keep in mind she didn’t even have to braid my hair down because I have short hair so she had time for me to get the hair because generally she would need to braid the clients hair down which takes about 20 min (enough time for me to go a 6th of a mile to that store. She didn’t wanna do it! That’s all it’s like she wanted a reason to not do it… also proceeded to say I was late but I was there at 2:31 only because her door number that was outside was wrong so I had to walk around. When I got there she had someone still in the chair and asked me to give her 10 min and I had no problem with that. Later after trying to find her online I found a review that made it all make sense. I’m not the only one! This all could’ve been handled professionally between me and Veronica but I guess she needed a co-signer to amplify the situation....
