Delicious food, but frustrating curbside pick up / standard pick up. (See below)
We order from the Dos Bros official app, and will often pick up curbside and / or in-store pick up. (We have done so atleast 20 times since their opening)
Issues with Curbside: We had to stop doing curbside because they consistently would not answer their phone (to bring out order). Several occasions involved calling for 15+ minutes before anyone would pick up.
Often this was because of the store only having a single employee on staff and it being busy, which is understandable. But we have also witnessed several times when the employee stood in an empty restaurant and simply ignored the phone. If you do not offer curbside, please do NOT have it on the app. I had to hobble into the store on crutches with broken toes... (I picked food from here specifically because of their curbside complementing my injury)
Issues with Pick Up: Once my injury healed, I changed to in-store pick up. (As i was tired of curbside issues)
I have never had more counting-related disagreements with an employee than at Dos Bros. We consistently order two combos (chips included), and order two extra bag of chips - for a grand total of four chips. Both paid for via their Dos Bros App.
Consistently they short change us several bags of chips, which is not the end of the world as I simply ask for more chips. However, I then have to negotiate with the employee EVERY single time that my receipt says I am correct and to please provide the other chip bags.
The employee almost always takes an unusually aggressive approach, and refuses to provide the remainder of the order I paid for. (Side note: chips are a really odd thing to take a hard-line stance on...just gimme the chips I paid for) I have to negotiate with them and convince them that two plus two does infact equal four....every single time I order from here. (No joke, this has happened ten times)
The delicious food is not worth the employee frustrations, so i think I will be taking a break from...

I recently visited DosBros in Kennesaw and was blown away by the amazing food and exceptional service. This place is a hidden gem and truly deserves a five-star rating. As a competitor to Chipotle, DosBros offers fresher ingredients, a wider variety of meal choices, and a surprising secret - they serve Halal beef and chicken to accommodate the Muslim population. This is truly a remarkable addition to the restaurant scene and we are thrilled to have discovered it.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean, shiny, and inviting. The manager, Raj, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to accommodate our needs as first-time patrons. He even packed several sauces for us, including one called "Death Salsa," which was destructively spicy!
We ordered a spicy chicken quesadilla, a chicken burrito, and spicy chicken soft and hardshell tacos with all the fixings. The food was of fantastic quality and the portion sizes were generous. Although the bag of chips was a bit small, it did not take away from the overall experience. The burrito was so large that we could not finish it in one sitting, and the quesadilla was filling and delicious. The three tacos per order were just the right amount, and the presentation and packaging for takeout were excellent.
DosBros has only been open for a year, but they are already making waves in the Halal foodies groups online. It's great to have another Halal restaurant option close by, and we will definitely be making them a part of our regular rotation. I highly recommend DosBros to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience with great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are thrilled to have found this place and wish them all the...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this restaurant since they first opened, and it’s been disappointing to see how much the quality has declined over time. Unfortunately, today’s visit was the final straw for me, and I won’t be returning.
The two main reasons I kept coming back were that they serve halal food and they used to offer a decent $6 Monday deal. But those reasons just aren’t enough anymore.
The food has lost its flavor, the place feels noticeably less clean, and the service has only gotten worse. Today, I walked in and immediately noticed flies at the entrance. Even worse, there were flies behind the counter where the food was being prepared.
I arrived about 25 minutes before closing, and while I understand being low on certain items by the end of the night, the overall experience felt careless. They were using generic meal prep containers — the kind you buy from Kroger — instead of proper to-go boxes. When I asked about the time, I was told they were closing in five minutes, even though both the sign and website said they closed at 9 PM — and I was there well before that.
I don’t expect perfection, especially near closing time, but this wasn’t just about timing — it felt like a lack of care across the board. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but it was definitely the worst. The decline has been steady, and I can’t justify coming back.
I don’t recommend this place at all — not even for the deal or halal option. It’s just...
