I am so disappointed in my experience at this store. I walked in and was so excited to see the store that I’ve been shopping at for over 14 years and its update... in its new location. I walked in and said “wow! It looks soooo nice in here! I love it” the staff heard me and ignored me. First clue I guess. I even repeated myself. Nothing. lol. Then I walk over with my things to sell and ready to shop, as always! Spending way more than I get lol. I walk over to set my things on the counter (like most stores do...) but whether the owner has frightened her workers about this counter or this staff member has no social skills... she gets loud and says “don’t set that here!!!!!!!! I don’t want my counters messed up!!!!!!” Uh. Ok. Psycho. That’s what tables are for. Setting stuff on. What whatever. I’ll set it on the ground lol.

I then ask if they have any more high chairs and she gives me the rudest attitude. Shocked? Nope.

Finally they let me know I’m ready to get my items. I had many items in my hand to purchase. I set my purse on the counter (leather. Harmless) and she almost has a hernia. “Get that off my counter. These are new! I don’t want to scratch them!!!” I’m not even exaggerating. She acted like she would get fired lol.

First off, get better counters if you're that scared, Once Upon a Child. Your store is beautiful. There’s no reason for staff to be so rude about a dang counter.I wanted to buy a high chair for under $100 and a ton of summer clothes. I couldn’t do that during my visit.

So. I gave the things I was going to buy to my husband and let him know to put them back on the rack we got it from because I will not support a business who talks to me like that. It’s uncalled for.

I got my $11 dollars for high end clothes and left. I will not return. Thanks to the sweet staff for 15ish years. I will miss those girls. This recent visit was so ridiculous. I will not return. The stress of holding a newborn and going through my purse on the ground because I can’t put it on the counter was enough to switch stores. Talk to people with compassion. A lot of exhausted moms On a tight budget are coming in with some stress. We just want to dress our babies. A smile goes a long way, ladies.

I was so kind when I walked in and being rude on purpose was a great learning experience for my teenagers who came along since I told them It can happen after high school. Good luck with your store. I really hope you consider hiring people with...

Horrible horrible horrible service. Last time I was here I brought 6 pairs of used but new looking Jordans and a bag filled with designer clothes like Nike, adidas and lrg. I had no problems and thought the process was easy and pleasant. This time I walked in and not one out of the 4 ladies greeted me when I was spoken to the only thing the lady said to me was are you making a return. I told her no and she said nothing else to me, after a few minutes another lady came around the desk and askes me if I was selling and I said yes. Within 3 seconds she smelled my sons shoes and a shirt and told me no she would not take them and that it wasn't fresh enough . I was very confused as nothing had an odor and some of it had just came out of the washing machine earlier this afternoon. She said my shoes had 2 black spots one on the bottom of each which I would think would be normal considering that they were used but looked great and were originally 150$ in the store. She walked away from me after saying this as if my presence there was no longer relevant. I have never been treated like this. She was very snobbish and had no reason to turn away my sons stuff all of it was nice and new looking and I've never purchased anything from this store only sold. She treated me as if I was beneath her. I'm highly offended and discouraged by the staffs behavior as I thought this was a place that took nice things and put small prices on them for familes to be able to afford them and now I'm completely turned off by this place. I would rather take his stuff to a church and make sure they go to family's for free than to allow a place that treats people like this to profit off my sons things!!!!! We are officially done doing any form of business here. And for the record you never know who your treating like they are beneath you so your staff should really humble themselves!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is in regards to the amount they give you for selling your items. I have been coming to this store for years and it seems about 1-2 years ago the amount they give you for your items has been way less than usual. Even though they are taking more items from me I'm getting nothing for my daughter clothes. I sell items from brands like Matilda Jane, Sweet honey, and any other super brand out there. They price the items to tell in their store for about $10-15 and I receive $1.20 per item. That's literally a rip off! It upsets me because when I speak to them about how much they pay I'm told the system prices the items and they are not able to adjust how much the customers are paid. I know for a fact that is a lie!! I could go to that store right now and pull every item I just sold them and they can see how the item is in GREAT CONDITION and how the brand is a top brand in their store that customers would love to buy. I use to work for a sister company for 10 years I know very well that you can change the amount you pay to customers so that the store can have a better selling margin. I'm sick of being lied to and very sick of being given less for items that are in great condition and great brands. Whom ever has taken over this store is cheating the really good customers who bring you top brands and that's not right. News flash customers like us is reason you have a business! I'd like to see the owner look at my items that were just told and tell me that I wasn't given less for my items. If you changed your margins so you pay out less but still can price the items to sell in your store the same that is not right. Especially when it comes to popular brands that you know will sell fast in your store. It's become very ridiculous...
