If I could give negative 0 stars I would simply because of the nail tech, Helen, who did my pedicure, and the young adult (who looks around 19 or 20) at the front desk. Peter, who did my mom's pedicure, deserves five stars.
Typically, I've had good experiences here, as I've visited multiple times. However, this time was horrible. I made my appointment a week and a half ago, specifically requesting two male technicians. When I called to confirm the time, the young girl who answered the phone acted as if she couldn't find my appointment. She kept asking if I wanted to schedule one. It took her about three minutes to finally locate it.
When I arrived, she told me that only female technicians were available and that the other male technician wouldnât be ready for another 15 minutes to start my momâs pedicure. I asked, "Maâam, what was the point of making an appointment?"
I reluctantly agreed to go with a female technician, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Helen, was extremely heavy-handed and rushed through the entire processâit was over in just 15 minutes. I had chosen a specific package that included a longer leg massage, a jelly spa, and orange slices rubbed on my legs. However, Helen massaged my legs for about 20 seconds, and that was it. My feet still had calluses on the bottom when she was done. It was the worst pedicure ever. The only good part was the massage chair.
Meanwhile, Peter did my momâs pedicure, and it was perfect for her.
When I went to the counter to pay, I asked to speak with the manager, who turned out to be the same young girl at the front desk. I explained my dissatisfaction, and she didnât even apologizeâI had to ask her if she was going to. Only then did she apologize. She then proceeded to ask Helen about my pedicure, and Helen claimed she had done everything. The young girl then proceeded to say, "we were busy that is probably why she rushed". At this point, I was livid. The young girl then said, "I can take $3 off your total bill."
I responded, "Really? Just $3?!"
I will NOT be returning here. They are inconsiderate and do not care about their clientsâ needs...
Read moreThe first time I came, the experience was good. But the second time was awful for the following reasons: my nail tech Jon (who sits in station #1) rushed through my set. They were uneven and extremely thick. He caught an attitude when I went to check them and told him they werenât right. I was getting something very simple: a fill in on tapered square with short French tips. When I told him the shape was wrong, he tried to gaslight me to tell me it was right. We went back and forth a few times before he fixed it. as I mentioned before, I asked for something simple, and part of that was maintaining the style I had previously. I was charged a âcut down feeâ after 3 weeks of growth. He didnât cut, he filed them down with a drill, which took all of 40 seconds for both hands. I told him early in the appointment that my natural nail underneath was lifting and he completely ignored me, so I had to have someone else fix it. he overcharged me for my service and the entire front desk staff again tried to gaslight me to tell me the math was right. It wasnât. I had to pull out my calculator and show them. Once I showed them the math they said âoh every tech can charge differently if they wantâ so they proved that they donât honor their listed prices. The charge on the receipt is listed as âadditional servicesâ and not itemized like the pedicure is. my set started chipping less that 24 hours after I got it done. the tech companies hat did my daughterâs nails painted all over her cuticles, so it started chipping as soon as we got home. She got gel polish, mind you. they added additional charges to her services as well, but couldnât explain what the charges were. they reused tools that should be single use (nail files, pumice blocks, etc) they tried to use the foot file grater thing, which is not supposed to use based on state board rules and guidelines. they didnât clean out the pedicure bowls before or after use (the kids pedicure bowls were full of dust and debris and they made no attempts to clean them out beforehand)
I am NEVER going back...
Read moreWe booked a Signature Mani Pedi appointment for 1:30 PM 03-Aug-2025 (our first visit).
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I waited 45 minutes, and my boyfriend waited over an hour before anyone even started. We were expecting that the wait would be worthy, Ben did my pedicure while he did a decent job, it could have been much better if he wasnât constantly leaving to handle other duties.
For my boyfriend, Lee did his pedicure, and it was honestly one of the worst weâve had. What was supposed to be a 55-minute service was rushed and finished in just 20 minutes, with steps skipped and poor technique. We complained during and after the service, but no one took it seriously.
In total, we ended up spending $190 just for pedicures. The products used were good, but if staff donât know how to properly use them or the salon is short-staffed, customers shouldnât be the ones paying for such a poor experience.
My boyfriend is usually a generous tipper, but he didnât tip Lee at all only Ben received a tip, which says a lot about how disappointing the service was.
We were supposed to continue with manicures, back massage and Gel for me, but we were so disappointed that we just left after the pedicure. I do mani-pedis regularly and have never experienced something like this. I would highly not recommend this place, especially for...
