This place is all that and a bag of chips. I live 55 mins away from the location, but it was worth the drive. I had a Shark Professional and a vac repair place near my home, such as; Quality Vac Repair stated they dont know and that I might have to order a part from Shark-they dont know. I was disappointed as they assured me that they worked on Shark vacs. Nevertheless, the reviews to this House of Vacs business inspired me to give them a try, and I must say I am highly impressed. Today, I got there at 4:07pm, and I told the rep there that my rolling brush underneath my vac had stopped working and that my vac is not picking up anything. The owner knew exactly what the problem was without looking at it. He told me to come back in 15 mins vs driving back later in the wk. I got my car washed, went to the Wawa n the area and then returned to House of Vacs at 4:37pm. My Shark Professional vac was working, and they demonstrated it picking up small portions of deorderizer. I was so happy with the service. They are worth the drive, and I will be refering them to others in need. I even told my best friend about it as, she is looking for her vac to get fixed from here too. Patrick greeted me promptly, and we discussed my prepared list of likes/dislikes of my current and previous vacuums. Throughout the process, he asked very good questions. Patrick pointed out how each vacuum met or fell short of my needs, but still encouraged me to try the vacuums myself and come to my own conclusion. His expert insight, tailored to my needs was extremely valuable.

He was very patient with my questions (and indecision), as well as during my hands-on time. This practical experience with the vacuums truly helped me assess each for myself, and confirmed the points he raised.

During my lengthy visit, several customers arrived. Patrick expertly balanced attention between the customers in the store. He quickly assessed each customers' needs and even performed a couple quick repairs on the spot. Early in my visit, Patrick had warned me about various issues he had seen with various models. Subsequently, a customer arrived with exactly one of those issues.
