Kennett Library — Attraction in Kennett Square

We went there for the first time last week with our 5 year old Library Lover.. So of course, we went down to the children's area...It was very neatly organised but looked small and little dark as compared to the Delaware libraries that we were so used to until now(maybe they are all very new as compared to this one). The staff was nice and welcoming and guided us nicely.. It is not like the gigantic libraries having lots and lots of stuff but it is very well stocked and our little one could get started fetching out his favorite books in less than a minute.. We hope that we find nice recommendations and programs here just like we did in Hockessin, DE. We look forward to signing up with the library this week and joining kids programs that...

I went to the new library today to return some books my children had borrowed. I was hoping that I could find more information about the “museum pass” and print out some documents as the web page said they had a printer. I asked the lady who took my returns and before I finished my question she told me to go to the website for information. When i asked about the printer she informed me they don't have computers. When i said that i have a smart phone she informed me their printer only takes usb. I asked one last question about the grandfather clock. Pretty nice diverse library for such a small town, I know paperback books and brick and mortar library’s are dying but all the same sometimes ya need a library and this one works pretty well as one. Like I said it has a pretty diverse range of books for such a small town establishment and even if it doesn’t have the book you need you can usually get it ordered for no charge from another local library and it will be there for you in a few days. As far as the staff go they seem pretty nice and helpful for the most part and as far as the organization goes it takes some getting used to but ounce you figure it out it’s fairly...
