The party central store is a wonderful place but last few times this month (July 2021) the manager has been extremely rude and will barely let you speak if you call and have a question and tries to raise prices on things that scan to low for his liking. I will always go when the three wonderful nice women are working. They have the best customer service and are willing to help in any way. To me it seems like the manager needs to go back to training classes. And another reason he was rude was because I bought a vape, tested it in the store like they recommend and it worked fine for about 20 minutes and it burnt and I took it back up there and he said there was nothing he could...

I go here everyday and never had a problem getting cashed out, till today. I was told that Teresa is at a meeting and it also isn't work related. The lady that's working there also said she couldn't call her and she didn't even know if she was coming back this evening, so she printed the tickets out which was $31 and then she signed them.
