Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kennett

Me and my wife had ordered food thru the mobile app and it was 7 items and 1 drink we waited some time but i understand that because it was busy so we got the bag of food handed to us it felt light but we didnt think to check at the at so we drove home and went to get our food out of the bag and there was just 2 items one item was the correct item and the other was a completely wrong item so i called the store about it and the first lady that answered the phone was nice as can be but then the second woman got on the phone and she was rudy had a attitude from hell and when i told her what had happened she basically said that i was lieing and that there is no way i could be missing that many items 6 items in total that we did not get so she told me to bring the food back up there and i did and she kept saying there is no way i know we put it all in there and that they will remake it this one time i have been going to taco bell since i was little taco bell is my favorite place to eat but hell no not anymore since they want to accuse me of lieing when its jot my fault one bit that my food wasnt in the bag i will not he going back to that store taco bell has lost a customer also the food that they remade was cold and still...

No one at the counter. Most everyone saw standing there and no one said a word. Started to the door and drive through person finally asked if we had been helped. She called front end person who took our orders. Tried their breakfast burrito which had almost no meat in it. They had no tea saying that they had not had tea for months as their machine had been broken. Their drink fountain had a few blank buttons where you had no clue what you would get. We found most every table had something on it where they were not cleaned very well. The ones that had been semi cleaned had been wiped with the food falling in the chairs. We picked the cleanest table and had to wipe out the chairs. Over all the restaurant was clean looking and the restroom appeared clean. It seems anymore they cannot get a order right. We ordered 2 grilled cheese steak burritos, Mexican pizza, chili cheese burrito and a 5 dollar box, on our receipt it didn't show the steak burritos so they had to redo that, we had to wait, then when they handed our order to us, the girl at the window said, here, and rushed us away, we drove away only to find out they didn't even give us our box.
