#1 China Buffet — Restaurant in Kennett

This place is horrible! The staff have nasty attitudes and treat customers like crap. That's not very smart on their part though because now, we won't be back. We'll spend our hard earned money elsewhere! The guy working this afternoon tried charging us for dinner prices even though we were there before 3 :00 p.m. then he tried charging us for Sodas, even though we got a water and a sweet tea. He got a very nasty attitude when we nicely asked him to fix our ticket. Reaching his hands all over our table next to our children's food. Smh We've been here a few times and have never had a problem til this guy and the cook. The 1st time we ever ate there, we called ahead to make sure it was okay for us to bring in Burger King for our children who won't eat Chinese food. It's always been fine doing that until today. I guess he felt the need to touch our children's food in order to get his point across? Even the other customers were siding with us because the staff were completely in the wrong. I won't be treated less than or disrespected while spending my money with you. So therefore, I hope you are proud of yourself sir because we won't be back. The sweet and sour chicken looked under cooked but was hard as a rock. Don't waste your money, drive a few extra miles and go somewhere where they actually know how to respect the people that are helping pay their living.this place is a knockoff joke. They have so much trash in front of their business, just blowing around everywhere. No one wants to pick it up. You literally have to kick trash out from in front of the door, just so that you're able to open the door and...

Here now finished at 705 pm. I type this message, sitting in booth 11. 2 star at most, variety is not much, and food quality has dropped horribly since about 4 or 5 months ago, example pepper chicken was so hard I couldn't chew it, and chicken on a stick was almost tasteless and the sesame chicken was just horrible tasting, we eat Chinese alot and when we come to town here we usually eat here but after this visit we will make the drive back to New hunan buffet in Paragould they are 10x better now over this place with twice as many choices like we call them Chinese dumplings this place didn't even have them that I seen. So if you want good Chinese food keep driving and their price here is about 10$ more then it was the last visit 4 or 5 months back. They even charge for a 20 month old to eat here. Never have I seen a place do that. Wow 41$ and some change for 2 adults and 2 kids one of 4 and one at 20 months...

Not the best variety! Probably won't ever go back. Also for 9.50 for buffet and like 2.75 for soda they also have a sign up that they'll charge extra if you waste any food! A eighth of the food was under cooked! The egg rolls weren't anything like we've ever had before! 1 bite will kinda gag ya! Veg fried rice was completely plain. Noodles were pretty good tho & if you just get the broccoli out of ckn & broccoli was pretty good. Crab Rangoon was so so. Maybe we just went on a bad day tho. We're use to pork fried rice, fried shrimp, sweet and sour pork & ckn but we sure weren't sure what that was they had on bar unfortunately. Good luck to all if you had the food we had.
