Bought a phone at Wal-Mart in Malden, MO. And they didn't have a case they sold for that model for sale. (That's why I only had the phone before this one 4 days.) They made me leave the Sim card in the old phone I was returning. I needed to do a factory reset and keep the sim card I had used for that phone so I wouldn't be out a phone since I will have to call tomorrow to get service. Very frustrating to have to deal with. Got grade A service when I walked in the door even though I bought the phone at Wal-Mart. Top notch service at AT&T in Kennett!...

He said he was going to check and when we discovered I could not keep my phone number, I switched phone numbers. Then he proceeded to just sign me up for a plan without consulting with me on what type of plan I had wanted to join. Ended up changing it to the plan I wanted...
