AT&T Store — Local services in Kennett

Bought a phone at Wal-Mart in Malden, MO. And they didn't have a case they sold for that model for sale. (That's why I only had the phone before this one 4 days.) They made me leave the Sim card in the old phone I was returning. I needed to do a factory reset and keep the sim card I had used for that phone so I wouldn't be out a phone since I will have to call tomorrow to get service. Very frustrating to have to deal with. The manager that was on nights on 5/03/22 was the one that came up With this nonsense I assume. I was able to get a new phone. I had to go to AT&T in Kennett, Mo.to get my phone working. Got grade A service when I walked in the door even though I bought the phone at Wal-Mart. Top notch service at AT&T in Kennett!...

Gentleman was knowledgeable, informed, and listened to what I needed, instead of pushing latest shiney bobble, (old phone wandered about the barnyard, until it ended up under about 2,000 kg of tracks - even with tracks to lower ground pressure the phone took damage, after which one hot day with some hard work turned my pocket into a lake, and that was the end of the old phone,) which was much appreciated. The worker signed me up with insurance without properly discussing it with me. Saying that he has to sign me up for it and then doing so without giving me much choice. Then when signing into his device, I asked him to check to see if I could keep my phone number that was on another plan. He said he was going to check and when we discovered I could not keep my phone number, I switched phone numbers. Then he proceeded to just sign me up for a plan without consulting with me on what type of plan I had wanted to join. Ended up changing it to the plan I wanted...
