Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kennett

Me and My family decided to have dinner for my daughters birthday here which was a gigantic mistake. There was 5 of us. When we received our breadsticks they were cooked too long, they are very dark, not very tasty. Our 2 daughters received their personal pan pizzas in the right amount of time. We waited another 30 minutes for our son to get his pizza rolls. However that was after we were told that mine and my husband's sandwiches had gotten caught in the oven and they had to cook them again and I had to ask her about my sons food. She had forgot about it. she told us our sandwiches were in the oven at this time. The manager came out about 14 mins later and told us the same thing. However, the waitress then comes back and asks us what we had ordered on our sandwiches, so we asked her were they just not being put in the oven and she says no they are done we just need to knw what you wanted on them. We waited another 15 minutes or longer and still hadn't gotten our food so my husband at this point was tired, we were hungry we had been waiting over an hour for 2 sandwiches. They were not busy when we were there. We got up and was walking towards the front to tell them to forget our order we didn't want it and the sandwiches were still sitting on the oven just coming out. I would think that our food would have been a priority since it took so long to get it, but apparently it wasn't so we told them to keep their food and we wouldn't be back, and we walked out the door. I would not recommend you going to this...

The place was disgusting. One star is honestly OVER rating it! The floore were dirty, the salad bar was not adequately stocked. The server didn't even take the time to write down the order which obviously resulted in the order coming out wrong. The desert that we received was overcooked and burnt. We received our drinks in togo glasses and were told that they had no dishes clean. When receiving are breadsticks, the server told us that if we wanted plates we could get up and get them ourselves. Overall just a very unpleasant horrible experience at this Pizza Hut and we will not return!!! We are by no means hard people to please, matter of fact this is the first time I've ever filled a review out...

Absolutley nasty if I could review without giving a star I would. When first arriving needed to use the restroom, the toilet was nasty and flooding the bathroom. Once we were sat there was cobwebs and dirt everywhere. Our lamp above the table had spider webs hanging. The man behind the counter around all the food had very long hair no hair not facial hair no net either. Very short handed and complaining loudly about it for customers to hear. Would not recommend going...EVER. if we didnt have to wait 20 minutes just to check out after standing at the counter there would have been a complaint made to...
