9/12/25 went in today. Usually I get some pretty good stuff here. I waited in line. Got up there. Ordered some carne asada meat. Non seasoned. And they pulled out some meat from a small pile at the top of the rack. I know what that pile is. That’s the toss out. It’s usually all the fatty pieces that they separate. I asked for more. He tossed it all in one bag. I told them I don’t want that first pile. He said it’s all the same. The meat had so much fat like not marbling. FAT. that would not ever cook down. Was really dissatisfied

And they also added a little eatery here. Expensive. $$$ 7-8 dollars for some of the tacos. No. Not without proof it’s wagyu. Even then. Nah. It’s cool and all but...

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – No Meat, No Communication

I placed an order with this butcher over a month and a half ago and still haven't received anything. No updates, no shipping confirmation, and absolutely zero communication unless I reach out first. Every time I’ve followed up, I’ve either been ignored or given vague promises with no follow-through.

This is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one dealing with perishable products. I was excited to support a small/local business, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating. If you value your time, money, or sanity, I’d strongly recommend...

Hate to say it, because I always come here for the tortillas and sometimes the marinated meat to cook at home. Absolutely love them! Best hand pressed tortillas in my opinion. But unfortunately, when I got their tacos from the restaurant inside, the price was outrageous, and for the price, the asada was tough, unflavorful and chewy. And there was very little on it. And their beans and rice are ridiculously small portions. My husband got the breakfast burrito too, and it was flavorless, and the bacon inside was chewy and uncooked.
