I live in Pasco and first discovered Seoul Fusion on Uber Eats in mid-2018. We were looking for something new to try that is well outside of our normal delivery range, and Uber Eats made it possible. Wow! The food is amazing!
I haven't tried everything on the menu, but you can't go wrong with the Fried pot stickers (Yaki Mandu) - you get 10 of them with the most amazing sauce for a very reasonable price.
Beef Bulgogi - both mild and spicy are yummy, but If you like spicy things then definitely order the spicy version, it has the right balance of spice and flavor! Teriyaki Chicken is perfect, the sauce isn't too thick or overly sweet. It's just umami goodness. We've slso enjoyed the Yakisoba and Pork fried rice. The fried rice is flavorful and not just soy-saucy. There's a whole lot of goodness going on - lots of different elements added in that give flavor, texture and color.
Let's talk about the sweet & sour chicken. It's our household's favorite dish. This is like no other! I don't know about you, but I've gone my entire life believing that sweet and sour anything meant accompanied by a bright red-orange sauce. Nope. My standards have been lifted! The sweet and sour sauce you get at Seoul Fusion is almost clear with pieces of pineapple and red&green bell pepper. It is super clean and citrusy. The breading on the chicken is the perfect amount of crispy without being heavy or greasy.
10 delivery orders later... I'm still impressed - not only by the freshness and flavor of the food, but by the consistency in preparation. Yesterday, I ventured over to Kennewick and ate in the restaurant for the first time. I definitely prefer the restaurant experience over home delivery, but the food will not...

I got the Bulgogi Beef, came with rice, and ban chan which are these lottle bowls of various marinated/ pickled/ kimchi & veggies. The bulgogi was thinly sliced and tender. My hubs got the teriyaki chicken combo, also came woth rice, and your option of eggroll, spring roll, or shrimp. He got the shrimp, was perfectly crispy & tender. The teriyaki chickencame out pipng hot. My daughter got the beef yakisoba, had a lot of veggies with the noodles. Huge portions, the employees were super nice. We all got to...
Read moreVery good food. I had the Japchae, and it was delicious. Also, all the vegetables tasted fresh, all were flavorful and tasted great. (Which can be an accomplishment, as sometimes, the vegetables don't taste great at certain places.) The meat was delicious, and there was enough included, which is nice. The portion was also great, especially for the price ($13.99 for the Lunch Japchae plate at time of writing). The lunch plate also came with a couple small sides (kimchi, some sort of sesame spinach salad, and cucumbers that tasted like cucumbers but almost a pickle) which was a nice addition. Staff was friendly, and did not take too long to get my food. All in all,...
