Had a very unpleasant experience this week while shopping with my wife. Our cashier, michelle, (pink pigtails) was very aggressive and unwelcoming. We started unloading our groceries, under the impression that the individual in front of us was done or closed to done because she had stopped loading her food, so we started unloading our food. Michelle grabbed the divider, and said in a very rude manner, " if you could like just wait until she's done unloading, yeah thanks." She proceeded to check the women out. We were both taken aback and confused on why she was so nasty with how she said it. When we reached the register, my wife tried apologizing and explaining that we thought women infront of us was done. Rather than listen, She simply spoke over my wife, repeating "Yes" and "great". My wife was brought to tears because of this. When we finished checking out, She pushed the cart to my wife and said "Yeah you can just take that." Which made her feel even worse with how she was basically shooing her off. My wife and I are very understanding people. We get the pressure that cashiers are under with how customers behave and menipulate. But it was beyond unprofessional and shows a lot about the type of person she is. To not even allow a customer to voice something because shes to prideful to be wrong. Pure disgust. absoult disgusting behavior for a women who gets paid almost 12 dollars just to ring up food. The fact that we had to remain "professional" about it because your employ is clearly to prideful to, it's...
Read moreI😐was not too impressed with this new "Aldi on Green Bay Road" in Kenosha, Wisconsin, because in the canned food aisle, it was barely stocked and😷dusty.
Whoever🤔does the "Ordering" of foods for this store, "does not have any idea of the types of foods that most people like to eat," for example: "stewed tomatoes, chili beans with chili, baked beans, black eyed peas, boneless and skinless sardines, grape Jam, condiments like dill relish, mustard, jar mild cherry peppers, salsa, assortment of the dry seasonings, etc😋😊.
I walked🚶🏽♀️the whole store and saw🙄 that there were foods that were "old☠looking," including the "🍖meats."
The produce🍇🥒🍅didn't look very well kept or😐fresh as well.
I😯was not impressed with this Aldi. The some💲prices are too high for Aldi to charge people for produce that are unacceptable😝to eat and "dusty"🤧canned foods.
I do like Aldi stores, but Aldi needs to order foods that are good foods and lower their prices💸💵.

Read moreThis ALDI’s was clean and fairly well stocked. The cart sanitation station had wipes, but the hand sanitizer was out. The staff member stocking the isles didn’t say hi or excuse me as one of them approached us with things to put on the shelves. We were there first and it seems like common courtesy to be polite. I said excuse me to her, but certainly felt rushed to get out of the way. We were looking for and discussing tomato paste and she was between us and didn’t even say if they have it or not. It was like a robot and not a person who cares about the customers experience. Also, only one check out lane was open even when there was a longer line that blocked shopping in an isle and led one middle age man to be rude to an elderly lady about...
