Starbucks — Restaurant in Village of Somers

I came in today Thursday 11/28/24. Thanksgiving Day... im not angry at the fact that it was busy. I'm mad at the fact that after it died down i still hadn't received my drink. 1 measly Treinta Iced Coffee with sugar free vanilla, heavy cream and light cinnamon powder..... that's it.... an easy order. I had to walk to the register and wait until I acknowledged and asked for refund. The fact that 2 customers after I placed my order received their drinks before i did was unacceptable. No apologies from the employee who took my order and refunded my money. This location is trash... plain and simple. I drove to Dunkin Donuts down the street and it was busy but i was helped and served within 5 minutes....Great...

Ordered 7/25/23 at 5:33 pm. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by both a male and female worker. I was not able to catch her name, but there was a blonde lady that took my order and she had a huge smile on her face as she took my order. She told me that she would have my drink ready right away, and boy was she correct. I walked towards the pick up section and she came ready with my drink within 45 seconds of me ordering it. Reason why I gave 4 stars:

I believe that ordering online should let you avoid the hassle of getting in line with the rest of the cars,which by the way sometimes is a very long line of cars,people should be able to just skip the line and go right up to the window,the order is already placed and paid for,why should I wait in line then? What if I can't get out of my car to go inside and pick it up? Starbucks should consider on letting people skip the line like Dunkin Donuts do.....sometimes we just don't have a lot of time to sit there in a long...
