Taco Bell — Restaurant in Village of Somers

NEVER HAVE I EVER been treated so poorly. I order a meal for my son online and go to the drive thru to pick it up. I pull up to the speaker and they ask “how can I help you” I tell them I have a mobile order pick up. Then it was silent. Nobody said anything. So I pull up to the window. I sit at the window at wait and wait wait. Then all of a sudden some white trash large woman slams open the window and literally YELLS “you need to get out of my drive thru” I said “excuse me, I’m here to pick up my mobile order, I told you that on the speaker “ she comes back with “no you didn’t”. She just kept going on and on. And I said “ can I please have my order” she says your gonna have to go around again cause I have a line of people. I tell her “no I’m already at the window , I just want my sons food. She then yells again to me “ I’m gonna cancel your order” and slams the window extremely loud! Next thing I know, my phone is telling me that my Taco Bell order was canceled! I was shocked and absolutely livid. How does a worker get to just cancel a customers order when they are literally at your window and they already paid!!! So I continue to sit at the window and wait for her to come back, at this point I want corporates number. Minutes go by and she still won’t come back to the window. Then all of a sudden the cook (who looks like he hasn’t showered in weeks and hasn’t seen a dentist in years ) comes to the window and says “is there a problem” I said “ yes I ordered food online I’m here to pick it up and your worker canceled it for no reason” he literally responds to me and says “yea she did and now your holding up my line so leave “ I reply with “ I would like your corporate number”. Then this pig says to me “ look it up yourself” and slams the window at me!!!! This was the most disgusting customer service I’ve encountered in my entire life. I will never give a penny to Taco...

So 10:15-10:20 comes by i'm on my way home (home is 15-25 minuets the other direction) i decided to get taco bell!! two crunch wraps one bean 5 layer burrito and 4 doritos locos supremes. i drive off not only to find the wrong food but a random taco that had NOTHING to do with our order. We pull back around and they give us the 4 tacos they made late and did not give to us the first time we drove through. I get home and check to find they are not even supremes!!!!! they are bone dry and nows its 11:45 and im highly disappointed in whoever decided that this store ACTUALLY operational. a 5 year old couldnt mess up sour cream and tomato. if this store could have zero stars it would never eat at this location!!!!! Forgets orders Forgets Food and not to mention the food was cold wet and tacos had no substance!!!

ANOTHER UPDATE

Just finished looking through the doritos locos they made 4 times !! THERES NO TOMATOSSSSSSS WHERES...

Placed a mobile order for drive through, once arrived I thought it would be an easy in because there was one car in drive through. I was wrong! Turns out it takes 5-10 minutes for each car to get a person talking to them through the speaker. Once we finally get to the window our food isn’t ready and we wait a long time again. Once the food came I made sure to see if everything was in there but, I was greeted with tomato pieces at bottom of bag and who knows what else. One taco felt cold, I don’t even know if it was even our taco. Hopefully the food isn’t bad. This was at high noon on a Wednesday

Edit:just had the food it tastes good and hot, we got a spare taco. But Taco Bell is not worth a 30 minute wait
