This is a new(er) location so i had hoped it would be better than other Burger King locations.
As i stood at the front counter i noticed there was litter debris on the floor.
Then the clerk seemed a bit distracted when taking my order.
After we placed our order we moved to the side to wait for it to be prepared.
Then I was able to see more of the kitchen work area. It was a disaster... the garbage can by the hand washing sink was overflowing.. trash on the floor. There was an order of chicken fries laying on the floor. More paper trash was scattered about the kitchen floor. Saw an employee pull at the cardboard fry dispenser to fill an order and about 6 extra empty containers fell out too.. no effort was made to clean it up..
Then when our order was almost ready to go (i did wonder if it would be correct) i re-checked it...and it was indeed wrong.. missing sandwich which we had to explain by re-telling numerous times what was missing...
Then when we got home we found the restaurant had still gotten the order wrong. Was supposed to be a 2/$6 deal... the rodeo burger with no tomato and extra onion/pickles and fries and a double cheeseburger . only got 2 of the same cheeseburgers.. with everything on it..
Needless to say I'll not go back to this location again.. it looked like it only had 3 staff in the whole place..
A man actually had to come inside from the drive up to get his correct order..and the staff had to walk his new order out. I know how restaurants are having a hard time keeping staff and places running but this place was gross... really...
Read moreWe rarely go to this BK because we dread the inevitable poor service. This time, we ordered ahead in an attempt to avoid the frustration, but when we arrived, we were not acknowledged for several minutes and then after a half hour, we were told they didn’t have our drink size or any ice (11 AM lol). Then when we eventually received the order and checked it, we found out there were also no pickles. All around, they are always very unprepared, oftentimes rude (though this time they were just confused), and we were lucky to get out before an hour went by. Hate this BK. Don’t know why I keep giving it chances.
Other times: -argued with us about a menu item that they insisted didn’t exist even though I literally showed it to them on the bk website, then made it wrong and insisted it was right. -ordered vanilla and cherry coke which were both just… coke. -handmade paper nametags :D -pulling up to the drive through and over the speaker— “watchu want?” -always feeling like an inconvenience for just being a customer

Read more-This was one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I've ever had. -I walked in and waited about 3-5 minutes before my order to dine in was taken at 1:34pm. 10 minutes later, at 1:44pm, an employee asked me what I had ordered and then started to make it. I finally received my order 6 minutes later at 1:50pm. -The food was good, and the dining area was clean (not surprising due to the lack of people who dine in) -I had asked to speak with a manager about the long wait time and was informed that there was no manager on duty today. 2 other customers behind me also experience 10-15 minute wait times after ordering. -While I was writing this review I overheard an employee say, "don't worry about this order, get the other one out, they can wait." Overall, I absolutely don't recommend this BK location. Walk in & Dine in customers are treated as a bother to the employees and even drive through customers are told to pull into the parking...
