Dealz 4 Less — Local services in Kent

Today I visited this store that sells returned Amazon products. I intended to buy a Gold shaver, and when I asked the saleswoman if I could get it for $80, she told me I could have it for $85. I then picked another model and asked her the price; she said $20. So, I decided to buy both. She told me the total would be $110. When I pointed out that she had previously told me the first shaver was $85 and the second $20, making the total $105, she rudely responded that the price was $110, take it or leave it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, which was embarrassing as my family was with me. The male staff member, on the other hand, was very polite. Later, I chose another model, and the male staff member told me it was $40, but when she intervened, she contradicted him. At that point, I decided to leave the store. Unfortunately, my wife had already purchased something before we left, which I deeply regret. I will never return to this place.

OMG Additionally, the owner Husam responded to my review, incorrectly accusing me of lying. The original price for the item is $184, not $284 as they claimed. My boyfriend and I go here often because you can indeed find some great dealz here, but you have to watch out because a lot of people tear the boxes up and you will get your item home missing parts or not being complete. My boyfriend purchased a Playstation 4 from them and we got it home and the controller was missing. That another $70 he had to spend just to use it for the first time, that wasn't cool when we brought it back they said they didn't have a controller that would work. The guy was super cool though and gives us good deals when he is there, for that reason though.

Some things are worth it and some aren't which my suggestion for that is they should have like a dollar bin for those small items that aren't worth the dollar amount the items are depending on what day it is. There are a lot of those smaller items that I've ran across and wanted but didn't get cause I didn't want to pay $6 or $8 etc... for the small item.

All and all, I love this store and will continue to go back. It's really fun but time consuming you can spend hours in this store easy and not have meant to, lol. I give them 5 stars what a great...

The lady that worked the counter kept following me and my family around watching us like we were theives and acting like they were fixing something or looking at something in the bin when we would turn around, she was staring at us following us around and I felt really uncomfortable and profiled and my little 3 year old sister felt sick and was was laying on the boxes on the floor and my mother turned around and the lady was rubbing her temples and even if she meant no harm she still shouldn't be touching other peoples kids.
