I have lived in this neighborhood for 2years and used to go there all the time. However, I will not be returning. This location is dog friendly. I've been told multiple times by all the employees and I've been bringing my dog with me to the store since he was a puppy. All the employees pet him and coo over him, he is very friendly and extremely socialized; I bring him to work with me in an office setting every single day. In order for me to do this, he must be very well behaved, which he is. Recently I went in to this location with my dog, per usual. I was greeted by the cashiers with "oh what a cute dog" sweet comments, per usual. One cashier even left their station to come over and pet him. We went about our shopping, per usual. My dog stayed glued to my left leg taking each step with me, per usual, my hand firmly on his shirt leash, per usual. A shopping trip I have taken 100 times. Nothing out of the ordinary, but apparently one employee, who I actually haven't seen there before (perhaps they are new) approached me and asked me if he was a service dog. I replied no and the she, rather snidly, said "then you've got to go." A little surprised, I commented something along the lines of "oh I thought you were pet friendly?" She bluntly replied, "we're not." Recalling in my head how another shopper was carrying around a little white lap dog in the store without issue I said, "Are you not anymore, cus we we're welcomed in when we arrive." She nearly cut me off, "Not anymore, that dog needs to go." And that's when I understood what she meant by the way she said "that dog." It was my dog specifically that was not welcome. My dog is a Staffordshire Terrier, who are commonly confused for Pit Bulls, which I don't mind because I know there are not such thing as a bad breeds, just bad owners. Although, there is a difference, as Staffordshire Terriers are actually a show breed. I wasn't even allowed to check out with the items in my cart, as I was asked to leave immediately. Honestly, it is hard to believe this is a suddenly new policy to no longer welcome dogs in their store. Yes, it was rare to find a pet friendly store to begin with and that was one of the main reasons I was loyal to this store, but after today, I will not step foot in it again. Poor taste Grocery Outlet, poor taste and...
Read moreThe worse experience ever. I was treated like garbage from the queen manager. She told me that she will call the police just because I had a return and she was telling me to leave the store. My receipt was 2 days past due date 2 days😱 its a sofa cover not food!!!What an unpolite and rude manager ever. I bought a sofa cover and has such a stupid design that doesn't fit any of my furniture. I went there to return it today. And the manager didn't want it because its 2 days past the due date. 2 Days😱 she was so rude. Never saw such a manager like this. I wanted to talk to someone else I was calling from my phone. She was picking up the phone and said that I will end talking to her and she hanged on me 3 times. Than she told me to leave the store because she will call the police. And my daughter wanted to go to bathroom and I asked their worker if they have a bathroom. She told him not to talk to me. Omg can't even ask if they have a bathroom. We went to Florida came back all my 4 kids where sick the entire time. I went in emergency yesterday. Today finally I feel better. I have my ticket I have all the doctors visits and my emergency trip. What a lady omg what a manager.... Wow shocked all the way... She thinks if she is a manager she is the star of universe and everybody else is just...
Read moreMy experience here was just fantastic prices are good and the floors kept clean. I've seen other ignorant people rating this outlet 1 star for idiotic reasons, for example Mary white reviewed 1 star just because she wasn't allowed to return a couch cover and the manager was saying no because it was 2 days late like girl you should've came their on time to return it stop antagonizing these employees, after that she brings up her family that were "sick" which had nothing to do with the situation, I'm guessing she was trying to play victim with this. she then proceeds to put in the end of her review that the manager thought they were the center in the universe when they were just doing their job and mary was the one thinking they were the center of everything thinking that she could come 2 days late and still...
