Birrieria Apatzingan — Restaurant in Kent

First the food was decent, I had the chivo birria and it had decent flavor, the beans and rice I had with my order were also decent. The salsas not so much. One thing that i did like is they give you freshly made tortillas with your birria. I came to this place because my parents had suggested the food was good. The only reason im only giving 2 starts is because of the freshly made tortillas. If not I would of gave one star, the reason: they play the music very loud, we went for a late breakfast around 12pm, and it seem i was at a night club. I am Mexican, but not all of us like corridos and specially playing at full blast. I could barely hear the conversation i was having with my family. If the owners manage to give this place a better atmosphere, i can see my self return, but as longs as they stay the same i might not. Their were other issues, but very mundane. So...

Not to sure what Washington laws are but in California no one under the age of 21 can serve alcohol , but my waiter looked about 16 bringing us our drinks . So that was a little shocking . What really left a bad taste was the fact my waiter brought over my food & after moving plates around a different waiter comes and takes the plates saying they’re not my order ... and takes them over to another table !!! How gross !! After me touching the plates and breathing all over the food she had the audacity to take it to someone else, even though she could of left them because it was exactly what I had ordered. No words. Saw this place on Tiktok and had to go after work. I was not expecting it to be so incredible. It's in an interesting area, but the building has a gorgeous mural on the outside and plenty of parking. When you walk in, you're greeted by the sweet tunes and friendly smiles. They play music videos on a tv, and I got to listen to my favorite, Rauw Alejandro and more.
