Went in as usual to buy a bread they have a new employee which seemed hesitant about prices my total came higher this time I asked for a receipt she said we don’t give receipts then this rude short women walked in an said we don’t have paper for printed receipts, I said okay well you can text it to me like it has been in the past. She said no we don’t do that it will only show your total we have never done that, I have proof of previous text with total amount and items purchased. Anyways she had an attitude did not give me a receipt you can not see what has been charge only believe there total. I know for fact she over charged me I have taken more bread in the past and total was not that high. Really bad customer service. The same here , no pricing on the item, even on the receipt that is sent to via text or email jut the basic charged amount. I got 7 bread( baguette) along with 4 pastries to my surprise the bill was $33.00 dollars. I knew from that moment something fishy was happening. Yesterday I went to la ideal 2, and asked them if they do custom cakes I spoke Ale, on the phone and she said they don’t but La Ideal 4 in Burien does for sure.
